Had food sorts great time. It was my Birthday dinner. My wife’s order was totally wrong. Got regular shrimp and paid for bacon wrapped, forgot to bring her side of coconut Shrimp. We had to ask for it.

Visited for lunch. The hostess was extremely welcoming and kind. Our waitress was polite but a bit distracted or ill prepared for her shift. Ordered the 3 for $15.99. One lunch had what was supposed to be the Jumbo Cocktail Shrimp (4). It arrived one shrimp short, no cocktail sauce and when pointed out the the waitress, she brought cocktail sauce and that was it. The missing shrimp was never seen. After salads and appetizers, we asked about biscuits and were told that they weren't ready...even though other tables had them and when ours finally arrived, they were barely warm. Two in our party ordered the Fish and Chips. The fish was good quality cod, but there were puddles of grease on it. No coleslaw...it wasn't ready either. It was brought out when we were almost done with our food and it was room temperature. Perhaps it was just an off day.

Went to the Denton Tx location, 05/04/22, 7:00pm.

Just had a horrible experience here, The lobster tails we were served had gray meat and slime throughout, out of the two replacement tails only one was good, the other had the same issue. The crab leg meat was yellow, I gave up on finishing the meal. Our server was great and the food issue was not her fault but bad food ruins the experience. I have also emailed corporate with the issue.

My family and I went to this location and we received horrible service. It was before lunch time so they were not busy at all. I finished my only drink with our appetizers and biscuits. When the food was brought, I was distracted but I hoped she had seen my empty cup. I ate my food without a drink because she didn’t bother to come around again. I have been to this location when it has been very busy and even had a 30 min wait and never received this poor of customer service. Pretty sure our skin color had to do with the way we were treated.

I thought our servers were pretty good, and the manager seem attentive to the customers and helping to clean up tables. I think the portions for what you get are a little pricey. My husband liked what he ordered. I ordered cheese sticks and a salad (I did not finish them) they we're okay. Cheddar cheese and garlic biscuits are the bomb!Just my opinion.

It's a Thursday night at 8:05 p.m. the restaurant is about a third full and they tell me that they can't seat me because the kitchen's backed up.I'm a party of 1!Didn't offer to let me have a seat and a drink while I wait or anything. 15 min wait to be seated because the kitchen was backed up in a restaurant that's not half full. And maybe a host that doesn't act high. Having to move to them ask them what they said to understand them was bad enough but then not even letting a customer sit down to wait. You don't do that to hungry people who are willing to pay your prices.

I personally loved the ambiance and service. They all are very polite. Food was really good. Shrimp was very well cooked. We went on a Monday expecting a less crowd. But we had to wait for 20-30 mins. It was always a good idea to call and check for a table. Except for the wait time, we had a great time. But I would say it was all worth it.

Nice restaurant with ample parking and courteous service. Food was great as well.

I took my daughter there for our yearly birthday “date night” dinner and the staff was on point. We sat at the bar while we waited for a table, good service. Our server was training and the person she was training took the lead for most of the dinner and was asking the right questions…I am taking my family there tonight for Valentines a real test…I’ll follow back up after tonight’s dinner.-Efrain
