The wait time in the driving through hasn’t been that bad during any of my visits. The only issue I have is that the tenders were puny. It was as if the tender was cut in half. I usually have left overs but since the tenders were small I unfortunately had to eat my entire meal (which was the 6 piece). The sauce and fries were good as usual. The only issue I had was how small the tenders have gotten. It’s expensive for the lack of food I got.
After waiting behind 10 cars in line the picture you see is what I got four of the smallest chicken tenders I've ever seen. Cold beyond cold french fries and one thing of ketchup. I've never been more disappointed in Canes's before in my life. I used to like it because of the dipping sauce. But because of this I will probably never show up again!!! Greatly disappointed!!! Next time it's Chicken Express for me only! At least there I know I'll get treated better in the Drive-Thru, and get a much more filling meal!
I'm just a gas passing through the city of Denton I stopped by raising Cane's to get dinner at almost midnight. I had an issue with my order but they really took care of me, very nice and courteous no attitudes. I also want to give it thank you to Luis, handle everything very professionally great attitude, kind. I don't know if he's the manager I didn't really ask I was just trying to get out of there and get back to my wife. But I'm sure that he would make a great manager someday.
Customer service was great as always. But here lately. The chicken and fries don't taste fresh any more, taste is off. It's like they cook them, and keep them warm now. They use to be so hot it would melt the container. Chicken and fries were room temperature by the time we got to the car.
I used to love coming here but it has completely fell off! From the food being soggy, and fries not cooked right, to the bread being barely toasted. The workers are sometimes very rude, which is shocking since the customers make sure they have a job. My family will not be returning. As high as the prices are, we deserve better!
THE BEST chicken tenders of all time! Tenders are always juicy and cooked just right unlike some other places that overcook. Staff is also pleasant and accommodating. Kudos Raising Cane's!!??? Keep those tenders coming!!
We now have a Raising Cane's Chicken facility in Sherman Texas. They give you for finger strips that are reasonably nice on a hamburger bun or maybe they're buying it is good, but the chicken actually has no flavor that the coating. So you need a little extra sauce or use their chicken dip which is actually very good it's Tangy and it's tasty and it really helps a chicken. I do not normally eat a sauce with my chicken but it helped this chicken very much so. It is about the same price as Chick-fil-A, but I still like Chick-fil-A better I guess old habits are hard to break. I wish them all the success everyone like something the way they like it and Everyone likes something different so I think it will supply a lot of needs for some people
I only noticed this until I was almost done with my meal, but the chicken had eaten it’s way through the styrofoam which is very concerning. I might not come back due to this experience.

This place used to be 5 stars all day, but it’s definitely gonna downhill the last few times I’ve been. Today will be my last visit. Literally nothing was even close to fresh and I got a nugget instead of a strip. I’m still trying to get rid of the taste of old fries in my mouth.
