Do not order from this location, the staff never have drivers and when they do its outsourced to doordash with 2 or more hour wait. It is also next to impossible to get ahold of anyone at this location. This may be a franchised store and if so you are at the whim of if they care to help you. I will be reporting this with Corporate Pizza Hut that a store representing their brand is doing such a horrible job. I normally never write bad reviews, but they should not be open if they cannot provide timely pizza delivery. At least set expectations via the mobile app of proper delivery time and not lie to the customer.

ANSWER YOUR PHONE! They got our order entirely wrong and I called SEVEN times to try to get it fixed. They never picked up. I'm trying to feed my family on a small pizza now, so thank you Pizza Hut for ensuring that I completely overpaid for your pizza because we got a whole small pizza for the price of a meal for a family.... and you can't even answer the phone. From the looks of these reviews that I'm seeing NOW while trying to find an alternate number for you, you are really succeeding in your venture of screwing Denton area families over one small pizza at a time.

We ordered online and the app stated it was ready. We went in to retrieve it, it wasn’t ready. We walked in and weren’t greeted at all…waited and when we got home the pizza was totally cold. Tried to call, no one answers the phone! We ordered a Alfredo sauce with chicken and it is super dry. Very disappointed. WILL NOT COME BACK! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Our pizza and cheese bread were burnt, which caused the cheese to dry. The whole pizza was dry, like there had been very little sauce on the pizza prior to cooking. There was also very little pepperoni on the pizza.

The pizza was good, but it was not warm. The boneless wings were good. The cinnamon buns were delicious. I think we waited about an hour for the delivery which is understandable, and the delivery driver did apologize for the long wait which was nice. He seemed truly concerned.

I changed my review to a 5 star. This man is always by himself and does a very good job, so cut him some slack. The pizza is always good. If you want the food quick do yourself a favor and just do carry-out online about 30 minutes ahead of time.

The website tracker is completely off. Said it would be a 90 minute wait... so I thought, oh, I can take a quick shower. Got out to a bunch of missed calls, apparently the poor driver had been outside for 10 minutes with my order! I felt so bad! He had arrived in less than 60 minutes. He was super nice and came back around after I called him back, but then our pizza was cold... :( not his fault!! I blame the website tracker that gave me a false estimate.

This store is a complete disgrace of the Pizza Hut name. Who ever is the owner needs to be ashamed of the unhealthy presentation. I understand shortage of workers however it doesn't excuse the cleanliness... Can't keep up with the present volume..

i understand the workforce is currently in need of employees to staff the current workload needed to produce the demand of customers. my order was set up online an provided a time to pick up. once there i had to wait an additional 20mins after the time it said it was supposed to be done. thats the only reason i did not answer with strongly agree.

Hire enough people to work at that store and pay them enough to make them stay. One poor man was working all alone and he was slammed. I got there when the app said the pizza was ready and had to wait an additional half hour for my food.
