i ordered around 6:11pm it said it would be about 25-30 minutes, around 7pm i called the pizzahut in question because my order had not arrived, was told they only delivery through doordash now and the pizzahut still had my order and it will be sent out in three minutes, i live less then 10 minutes away from this pizzahut so when it got to 7:46 pm and still no pizza i became concerned. checking the pizzahut alert text i found it had only just been picked up at all and was just now on the way...it finally did arrive, 2 hours after ordering, with the completely wrong order.
Very worst service over here. I went to pick my online order and they told doordash picked up already. I returned home but couldn’t get pizza even after 45 mins and I had to call them and they told me to come to store to get the pizza or get the refund. The lady who spoke with me was so rude. Better don’t go to such crazy place which has bad service.
The food arrived and that's about the best I can say about it. The delivery was nearly an hour late on top of an abnormally long 80 minutes. The pizza I recieved looked like one of the toppings was added after the pizza went through the oven, and none of the food was hot. Overall was very disappointed, perhaps ordering in and picking up might be better but my delivery expererience was horrible.
I guess because I decided to pay upon arrival my order was never made or delivered…nor has anyone answered the phones…I have called 7 times waited on hold for over 15 mins. NOTHING! You know my problem is if they would’ve at least just answered the phone and stated they were behind gave me the option to go pick up or something…just VERY disappointed. My kid went to bed very sad because she had her heart set on pizza! Yes I could’ve went to pick up but I ordered delivery for a reason.
I placed a delivery order it’s been 2 hours , the store closes in an hour. I havnt gotten my food. No one answers.Last time I placed delivery someone was nice enough to call and inform me it couldn’t be delivered so I went up there and picked it up. Today I was just blown off. Ripped off.
I ordered three large pizzas and wings. Delivery was sent to door dash. Thought they were to confirm your order is correct before delivering it. Pissed…..didn’t get my wings and one pizza was wrong and not what I ordered. I think I’m going back to Papa Johns. Not acceptable Pizza Hut!
Needs more pizza+wing deals, more topping options, like roasted red peppers or fresh basil. Quicker delivery time.
Ordered 2 plain medium pizzas and was quoted 35 minutes. Over an hour later, got a notification that a different company was delivering and it would be another 30 minutes. That time has changed two more times...
called at 7:42PM to ask for hours and was told they close at 9, when i tried placed my order online at 8:04PM i got a message saying they’re closed. now i don’t have any food for christmas day when everything will be closed. terrible customer service
Good pizza if you can manage placing an order. And that's the rub: Despite their listed hours, my last FOUR attempts at placing an online order (all on different dates, at different times) resulted in an error code saying the store was either closed or not accepting delivery orders. You can tell their tracking system is not routinely updated either, as the prices and specials differ in spots depending on whether the order is placed via a website or their official app. I've had problems with a different location in the past, rarely getting the order correct. But at least I could order. Guess it says something about their quality that I'm still trying to order this pizza on occasion (mostly because I want to use my Rewards points before they expire). There's no recommending a store you can't order from during listed operating hours though.
