My best friend owns a papa Murphy’s where I’m from.. so I’m aware of their standards they hold. This location shocked me today with how bad their service was and usually it seemed decent since we moved here.. the lady working was very rude and had extremely bad customer experience and service. I would ask her something and she would roll her eyes and just sit there and after three or so minutes “ya:..I would just call corporate”…and this was for a simple question..? Then they have a huge billboard in here saying to scan the code to get a chance to “win”..I scanned and it’s fricken expired and I let her know that it needed to come down and she literally rolled her eyes AGAIN and completelyIgnored the comment(and yes I said it completely nicely to her just letting her know). This lady seriously needs major training on how to work with customers and not Be so tacky. Papa Murphy’s is usually our favorite and only place we ever get pizza at least once a week but today was a major turn off and annoyed me to the max. Tacky. If she isn’t happy at work and can’t even fake trying to help assist customers with super simple tasks she needs to get a new job at a more basic food place in the kitchen where she doesn’t need to even look or speak to paying customers.. I know for a fact management wouldn’t be okay with this so I hope this is brought to their attention ASAP because papa Murphy’s is usually a great company with great standards.
This is by far the worst location and store manager. Luci instructs her employees to put the bare topping on pizza so customers can pay extra.I bought a drink that was expired dated December 2021. Bought the product this month. Employee named Drew has got to he the worst employees ever. You can see bold spots on pizza when he prepares them. I always request for another employee to make the pizza I desire. Will be contacting the health department in regards to expired products being sold. We was wondering why we were sick.
I ordered online an hour ago and when got the store wasn’t ready. The lady started to make my order and she messed up my pizza. Forgot to put some toppings
Worst management team ever.. female with green hair (LUCI) unprofessional. She Scold employees in front of customer's. She did not have a uniform on. Walked into the store attacked a employee for putting to much of cheese on a pizza. She Physically removed the cheese off the pizza. In a very hostile way. While yelling at this young man. Called coperate waiting on a return call back. If I was this young man mom. I would file charges
Everyone here is very friendly and you always get what you order. We love this pizza because you always get plenty of toppings and nothing like a fresh baked pizza at home without all the fuss!
One employee here tonight. Ordered online an hour ago and came in to watch her fill an order from a walk-in before working on my order. Last in first out. Not what I’m used to at Pappy Murphy’s. Really disappointing.
I placed my online order at 11 am, the confirmation e-mail said my order would be ready at 11:32 am. At 12:02 pm my order was still not ready. I had to leave to drop my son off somewhere, and then could not make it back to pick up my pizzas. I attempted to call the store 4 times with zero success- no one will answer the phone. Terrible service, very disappointed. I will not be going back. I only ordered pepperoni and cheese pizza, not sure how it takes over an hour to make a one topping pizza they aren’t even baking. It’s also ridiculous I can’t get anyone to answer the phone.
Excellent take home and bake pizza! Our go to is Papa's Favorite. Also big fans of the Mediterranean salad! This location on Teasley has excellent service.
The staff always prepared orders too late. I usually order by app and when getting there is not ready. Last time I ordered family size pizza and didn’t check at the store, when I got home checked my order and Gave me large size. Sometimes make mistakes about toppings too.
Ordered online, ready to pick-up as scheduled, made exactly as requested. Friendly staff.
