First time I got pizza there it was wonderful. This time was not as good and I bought 2. Different people making it was probably why. I gave them to friend and it was ok.
Never had an issue with Papa Johns until door dash started delivering for them. My tracking app always errors out when they deliver so I don't know when they're coming by. They never knock or ring a doorbell and just leave it on the porch and dip. I put up with it the first 2 times but 3 strikes and you're out. It's consistent with DD drivers, so beware whoever orders from here.
The food was great as always wings, pizza and breadsticks for me, husband and son ?
I like papa John's pizza but I have a problem with Door dash delivering their pizzas. There's a significant difference in temperature between the papajohns drivers and the Doordash drivers. Not to mention the Doordash drivers get lost in my complex all the time taking longer to deliver. This isn't exactly papajohns problem. I understand the need for the delivery apps to source all the deliveries. Today I called to ask if they had any delivery drivers working. They said they had 2 or 3. I then asked if I could get a pizza delivered by one of their company drivers (stating I would wait as long as it took, knowing theyre busy and I would be patient). Suddenly there was only 1 delivery driver and I was told that it was inconvenient for them to do that. Manager couldn't care less. So another order went to pizzahut. If this franchise is wondering where it's sales are going then read the reviews here..
Garbage. Got delivered fine and timely but not good. $18 for this.
Terrible location. Got the pick up and on the app said it was ready for pick up. Staff was so blind they couldn’t find my order. They finally found it after 10 minutes. Absolutely slow service even for pick up.
Waited 2 hours for a basic Pizza and 6 wings! UNACCEPTABLE! They should have returned my money !!! After a long drive , starving and we got this ?? Order from someone else!!!

The absolute most expensive and worst pizza ordering/delivery/eating experience I’ve ever had. I finally decided to complain when I had to cut the entire pizza myself. I got a full refund which is why I won’t waste my energy on the rest. DO NOT use the app to order! …..just don’t order from them period!
