My experiences have been bad. I get my orders delivered primarily. Almost every time, my drinks have been forgotten. I would NEVER join the sip club unless you plan on walking into the place. On the receipt, there’s a spot-checked by ___ . That has never been signed. When you call, they ask you not to call to speak to a manager during a good part of the day because it is busy, and if you do get through, no one picks up. Ever. There is absolutely no customer service for deliveries and no accountability for the orders themselves; they are too busy. As a customer who pays money, that sucks.
Easy in and out. Food was great and prepared quickly. The parking in the shopping center can be a bit trying at times though when it gets busy.

Ordered a sandwich with quite a few customizations and got absolutely none. Even after taking a bite out. When telling someone about it, they didn’t even think about remaking the whole sandwich. They literally just added all the customizations and left the bread on it with a bite taken out. Like do you not have the common courtesy of at least replacing the bread? And the bread had some sauce on it. They didn’t even apologize. Instead they hid. What king of service is that? Awful experience
We went there for lunch, food was great! Noah, who works in the back, made our sandwiches absolutely perfect! He really cares about the customers! Thank you Noah! We will be back!!
Good place to come.for.fresh salads and other healthy choices. And of course great bakery items.
I ordered the new grilled Mac & cheese sandwich and the bread bowl french onion soup. The sandwich was awful. It wasn't even grilled on one side at all and barely on the other side. They forgot the bread bowl for the soup so I had to go back.
June is amazing! I ordered an Uber Eats for a sick friend, and the order got canceled. I called the location wondering what I could do about the food, and she said the order was still there if I wanted to pick it up. I said I could but I was about 20 min away. June offered that they would be there to help me, and when I got there they even offered to remake the order for me so my soups and hot chocolate weren’t cold! Great customer service from June & that made mine AND my sick friends day.
This was horrible. I got the pick 2 and for 6.99 for half a salad and then to charge 4.29 for a small soup. BRO! They filled my soup up half way and barely gave me any salad. This place was pathetic and highly disappointed me.
The place was nice, but I gotta say I was a little disappointed in my visit...not up to its usual standards. I ordered the Asian Chicken salad, and it was a little plain...only lettuce chicken and noodle crisps.
