John was very rude at the window. Showed him an email on my phone I had for an entree for doing a review and he took my phone in the restaurant and was gone for 5 minutes with it. 5 MINUTES. And I was asking for it back and all he said was they didn’t have a scanner and I was still talking when he closed the drive thru window on my face.
Every time I come here, no matter what time of day, I get extreme attitude from the staff. There is never ANY food ever made! It’s so frustrating and absolutely disappointing on how the staff doesn’t seem to care. I wouldn’t be getting an attitude from the drive thru for asking for food that the STAFF doesn’t have ready. I have tried to go to this location 9 TIMES in the last year just to keep giving them a chance, and I just can’t keep doing it. I’ve worked in food for years and have never seen such disappointment.
Absolutely disappointed in this location. Super stingy. I ordered two small entree boxes. Paid premium price for shrimp. Opened both and they were literally half filled. Absolutely unacceptable. Would've gone inside to complain but line was long. Not happy and won't be going there again.
Was very disappointed in our order. We Ordered online yesterday Jan 27th my gbabys bday she wanted panda express .my husband and daughter picked the order up .they said 2 employees were arguing i.we didn't get all the sauces we asked for some unknown reason I ordered 2 of the Teriyaki Chicken we ordered the family meal .when I submitted my order I doubled cked everything it was right on my end. But somehow it showed up on the other end 2 broccoli & beef .which was ok but I was confused .the food wasn't as good as usual.
Unfortunately they didn’t have any brown rice or string bean chicken (15 min wait)The vegetables in my black beeper chicken did not taste right. I asked for a replacement but didn’t want the same entree because of the same issue. The manager replaced my entree with something else but wasn’t super happy about it. Probably won’t be back.
This location seems to always have the food I order, unlike other locations. So I really appreciate that and the food is always good.
After giving me the wrong order, I drove back to the restaurant. The restaurant is only open from drive thru. They had me waiting outside for 30 mins since the order was not ready yet at the window. Turned out that they forgot about me waiting. I won't be ordering from Panda Express ever. Rice Wok Express is my next option.
A good Asian meal at a fair price. One of the items I ordered wasn't ready yet, but the courteous young man offered me a free beverage while I waited and threw in 2 extra egg rolls for the inconvenience. If your craving great Asian fare at a reasonable price in a clean atmosphere, definitely stop by and patronize this consistent and friendly establishment.
Horrible. Not only did the charge me things I did NOT order our 2 entree plates we got were nothing but rice only 3 pieces of meat per order. RIP off
One of the better Pandas ive been to. Fast friendly and my food was hot.
