Worst experience I’ve ever had at a panda. My wife and I pulled up a few minutes before the store opened and had to wait a few minutes after 10 30 for them to unlock the doors. When we got inside it did not smell like a Panda Express, it didn’t smell like anything. The food wasn’t ready and they barely gave me any orange chicken. I ordered the 3 entree plate and everything was undercooked and flavorless!!! I should have gotten my money back. The sweet tea had no sugar and they took away their raspberry tea! We also ordered cream cheese rations that were ghost white and undercooked, no color to them at all. This place is horrible and I don’t recommend wasting your money here. Cmon Panda hire some people who actually care about other people.
Not happy at all with this place. We used to go here frequently, but it won't be happening again. Our kids wanted panda. We went. They didn't have what my wife wanted and didn't have what I wanted. We just picked up food for the kids. We got home and opened our daughter's meal. Broccoli beef....well... broccoli and 3 tiny pieces of beef. Are you kidding me? They'll be lucky if we even go to a different location.
Omg this is the worse of the worse place ever.me and my husband went in to order a takeout order .the family meal we were the 3rd customer when we walked in and placed our order almost 2 hrs later no food .this was Wed april.27th .the original excuse was we have to make more teriyaki chicken.ok fine .then here comes a bunch of young adults .the employees put us on the back burner and waited on all the kids .so by that time it's been 2 hrs still no food .the employees said we are waiting on teriyaki chicken they gave the first batch to the kids on the bus .we were nothing so I got my money back I'll never go back to this place .
Out of everything, just gross food quality. It’s like they didn’t cook the rice, it’s as crunchy as cereal. They were kinda busy but not enough to excuse the state they were in (8 PM on Friday Feb 25th)Wouldn’t recommend going to this location, especially at nighttime. Always been hit or (mostly) miss.
This location is better than the other side of Denton. (They have messed up our order every time we have eaten there.)A couple years ago no matter where you eat, Panda was always good for large portions. Not anymore. The portions have gone down considerably, which is sad.But still good middle of the road Chinese take out.
The panda off university is rarely ever a decent experience. Staff does not know how to manage a line and they are almost always out of most of there menu an hour before close and they then just begin sending customers away. Terrible experiences with a young inefficient crew. This is now the third time I’ve visited only for them to have maybe half there menu even available.
I love the orange chicken here but I always get the kung pao chicken with rice. The kung pao chicken's is always just at the perfect spiciness to enjoy your meal and still taste all the flavors
Worst experience ever. Always love the food however this time we never received it. Our order was canceled 10 mins after its expected delivery time. No notification or reason why, no contact from store or delivery driver. Just received an email stating it was canceled. That wasn't the worst part tho, on top of that I was never refunded. I spoke with customer support & sent photos. No word from customer support, no one answers the phone. Yall just straight robbed us of $55 NOT COOL!
Rice and noodles have not been thoroughly or properly cooked last 2 out of 3 visits.Adding insult to injury is neither the store or customer care are able to answer the phone.
Better get there before 830. They stop cooking at 830pm and they are breaking down the serving line to close at 9pm. So your choices are...well, you don't get any choices. Luckily my wife just wanted egg rolls.
