Food came out in a timely manner. Everything was hot and fresh. The ice cream machine was working and I receive plenty packages of sweet and sour sauces .We dined in and it was pretty clean. I didn't give this location 5-stars because it's a bit unsafe walking to and from your car if you park in the parking lot facing Ft Worth Drive. The cars come in flying so if you have little ones and fine in make sure you park in the lot on I-35 side. Another reason I didnt give them 5 stars because of the homeless/pan handlers that are located on Ft Worth Dr. Its very hot so they use the restaurant to cool off, use the restrooms, and get water. The only problem I have with that is the smell. I respect those individuals because but the smell was so bad I lost my appetite. It was so bad the manager had to literally put a lady out the restaurant. Her smell was awful. The manager had to sanitize and clean most of the front lobby. She wasn't rude to the lady but I completely understand why she did what she did. So if you decide to dine in on one of the days of this Texas heat, I would say sit in the play area to avoid this problem if it would bother you. The other individuals that came in off the street didn't bother anyone. They came in, spoke, got some ice cold water, cooled off and left.
They are fast at cooking your food because it's all processed and frozen foods and they have grills that they push down and cooks it fast and internally. When you go inside to order it's takes them forever to get your food because they are more concentrated on the drive thru that they may forget if you don't stand there or check on your order. I did all three dine in, take out and uber eats delivery. Breakfast-dinner. Overall this McDonald's is good and the inside is clean and the bathrooms are always clean. The workers there work hard for your food, on their feet for 8-12 hours and they are kind to their customers. I was waiting inside waiting for my food and I looked at the screen and it said my food was done but they didn't say my order was completed or set out my food on their counter. I had to tell them that my food says it's done on their screen for them to notice and give me my food but they did offer me a drink or anything that I wanted for me waiting so long.
Close your doors for good here corporate!!! This place has ZERO customer service and the inconvenience of going through the drive thru to hear them say 45min till he can take a order because he's counting register. Wow .Naw Whataburger is the better option from now on. Bye Bye forever McDonald's ? Never this location again
I don't know what was going on that night at McDonald's but the food was horrible. Went through drive thru ordered fries no salt so they will be cooked hot and fresh. Came cold and no salt and the burgers were cold too. Not at temperature. Straight to the trash it went. Morning and daytime shifts no issues for me with hot and fresh food. Night shifts sucked that night. Won't go late night again. It was about 11:15p.m. when I went. Smh
I come here almost every morning and at least once to twice a week something is wrong. I either get unsweet tea, when I ordered sweet. Or they ring my order in wrong. They don't read it back and don't give totals sometimes. So your card is scanned. Today I was missing a sweet tea. They gave me it, but when I got home a realized what they messed up. I got charged for two big breakfast with hot cakes. When I ordered one, and two teas. If it was the first time I wouldn't care. But it's weekly mess ups.New update. Lately it's ice coffee without the coffee. It's very light in color and taste like water and ice cream base. I pick up almost every morning for co-workers and the one item I get myself is also messed up. About to stop going if this keeps up. Oh course they do not care. They still get enough business to be lazy.
Just got off the phone with the manager named Dominic. I stop by this McDonald’s nearly every morning before work. This particular morning, I ordered the glazed donuts and a hash brown . The donuts were freezing cold and hard. The donuts are less than $2. There’s no need for me to lie about it. Dominic had zero customer service etiquette and proceeded to argue with me about these cold and hard donuts that I refuse to eat. Never going back to this location again.
Made an online order 10 minutes before breakfast was over because the drive thru line was long, and when it came time for my turn it was 5 minutes past 11:00 and they refused to make it because they "don't have breakfast food anymore." How lazy is your staff that they haven't made an order that was placed 15 minutes ago? The drive thru attendant was very rude when I asked why they took breakfast orders on the app and then claimed to not have any more. Complete and utter waste of my time.
I'd leave 0 stars if it was an option. Every single time I visit this location they clearly hear me enough to charge me for an item and have it show up on my receipt but somehow, without failure, they are too stupid to put the entire order in the bag or even care to make it properly. EVERY TIME! The consistency in there inconsistencies are pathetic.
First McDonald's that we go to that doesn't mess up on the order and actually gives out ketchup/bbq packets like it's not coming out of the employees paychecks. Plus they were fast and curious, the only issue was at the drive-thru (still better than most McDonald's) the female taking the order sounds like she was super tired or falling asleep she was super slow talking just a pet-peeve of mine I guess but she did get the order correct.
By far the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Can never get the order right, employees are extremely rude. Over charged us both times we have gone here, and then argued that we were wrong when placing the order. Lol. We just want what we paid for, or want you to take it off. Simple as that. Place needs to be shut down if people can’t do their job. Be prepared to wait 45 minutes for a drink. I would give 0 stars if I could.
