Drive through messed up order for my two kids on school lunch break, easy order… happy meal and double cheeseburger and shake. The woman asked for food back and said it was correct let me see your receipt, of course I did not get the receipt. So…. She took the hamburger out and put in happy meal box with a fry, no toy, no drink…. That does not work for a kid. They started eating their food and while the while I tried to get the rest of the order sorted. I asked them just to refund and re-ring correctly but I needed a drink and toy, another woman came to the window and said we need the food back, I said they are eating I need to get them back to school. She said we can’t refund and correct without the food. Seemed odd, but literally took the food from their mouths and gave it back. She then handed me back my money and told me to get back in line. Just unbelievable. I know I am one customer but this is just one too many bad experiences. Never again.
After sitting in the drive-through line for 30 minutes was told Cash only in an effort to get the line to disappear
The girl inside was very rude. She only gave me 1/2 my order. I also was carrying 4 drinks. I asked her if they had a carton to help with the drinks which she responded no. Then I spilled everything. The manager was very nice. He gave me fresh everything and I asked him why she lied. If you don’t like your job please quit. I was purchasing lunch for my coworkers. Not one time was I rude to her.
A big shout-out to Hector, the Manager on duty this morning! He has great customer service and jumps in to assist his staff. The food was hot and fresh. And I want to thank the staff too. So many places are shorthanded so THANKS for showing b up to work.
I was very angry once i arrived home with my meal. Ordered a chicken sandwich and fries. Chicken was burnt and dried out, bread dry no lettuce pickles nothing. Fries hard and cold. Tried calling McDonald’s but kept getting a busy signal. ?Don’t go to that location after 10pm. It really doesn’t deserve 1 star
Great as always. I got the two cheeseburger meal and a 10 piece chicken nuggets through delivery via Uber Eats.. McDonald's has my favorite French fries. The best balance of crunch and salt. McDonald's also has some of the best delivery packaging. Drinks are secure and won't fall over. The bag is almost completely sealed so that you know the delivery didn't eat your fries :-) because evidently that happens.
First time I ever had food in a McDonald's that was kind of cold. Also had difficulty using the touchscreen ordering terminals. They seemingly did not sense my touch. Instructions on the machine referred to tent numbers, but the tables had numbers. To know that, one has to first look at the table before stopping to order.Even though I specified done in, my food was given to me in a paper bag. I had to return to the counter for a drink cup.All in all not a great experience, not even by the usual low bar I set for McDonald's restaurants.
Food is normal for McDonald’s. But some of these drive thru people are snippy and rude when all I need is for them to correct my order or give me condiments. ??♀️
I come here every night at least an hour before close and they always tell me that they are closed / or they have no one working!! How if someone is in drive thru?! Yall needa change the closing time at 11pm not 12am!! Yall are lying to everyone on. Why say yall open till 12am than?! Night crew sucks and they needa be fired!!
