This location is awful I ordered from the app. No walk up ordering. I had two orders the first one was two Big Mac I did know I needed a order number but when I asked she close the door and only brought my second order and then threw it at me. The rudest women I ever seen. I went home and came back. The window was close drive threw only. She should be black listed to not work at McDonald’s again. I never got my Big Macs and paid 6 dollars

Food was really bad, I live a little bit away but this food was disgusting. The chicken tasted like it was fried in fish grease and was so saturated in oil it was inedible. My kids hated their kids meals, we couldn't eat it. They even forgot some items and no one would come to the window to help, bad customer service along with disgusting food.
Pretty good all but the fact I asked for a cheese burger and there wasn't ANY! I HATE asking for people who handles my food they did it wrong and to make it again NEVER know what's happened to that person and how they have been treated and they take it out on my food so yeah other then that it was good fries were hot and fresh just the right amount of salt on them other then the no cheese thing it was good
I hate the stupid drive up stand which a recorded message asks..."would you like to try a ____today?".Then nobody answers. Finally someone responds only telling you to pull to next window. Armagh.?Many times food isn't ready forcing you to wait after the window. Many order takers are hard to understand.Only reason I go here is they're the only breakfast place open early on weekends.
If I could give 0 stars I would. We literally sat in line for 20 minutes and when we pulled up they said they weren't going to serve us. I'm never going to this McDonald's again, go to a different McDonald's.
They were having the back of the building power-washed at 230 pm, so the order-taker and I shouted at each other through the little speaker box repeatedly, during which time I lost my appetite, and of course she misunderstood me and charged me for things I never asked for. Then SHE was very put out with ME, as though somehow I had created the while problem - that part, I resent - I did nothing wrong, and even paid for the carload behind me. This whole affair could have been prevented by good ownership.
Ordered through the app, when I got to the window it showed that it hadn't been paid for through the app. Employees were very rude while I was trying to fix the issue on my app, saying they had a long line and can't deal with me. I could understand if I had been there for a while, but I had just pulled up to the window. Even then, the attitude was not necessary and unprofessional. Tried explaining that the app was not letting me pay, it was just giving me a code to tell them. Was met with more attitude, then they just told me okay bye. I ended up just driving away. Never going to this location again.
I clearly ordered an paid for a double fish fillet and the put a regular in my bag that was old and dried up. The bun was so dry it was crumbling. They just added extra tartar sauce to it. When I tried to contact the store in regards to this I got no answer nor could I leave a message. I want a full refund for the cost of the sandwich!!! Normally the service is okay but this is very disappointing!
Only ordered 3 smoothies. How is that hard to mess up but somehow they found a way… The smoothies were nasty. Tasted like they had way too much syrup. I wish they would of just lied and told me the machine was broken. Don’t recommend this McDonald’s. There’s better in Denton ?♀️
