I have never in my life been treated so poorly by a “Manager.” Sadie who was working 1am 6/24 is the most incompetent worker I’ve ever met, I understand why she works at McDonald’s. ZERO customer service skills, doesn’t train her employees so drive thru line is wrapped around the building, this was pathetic. She is not a fit for this store or any customer service job. I was picking up an Uber order as well as trying to be a customer and she told me I had to drive back around the line that was again to the street. I refused to move until she let me pay seeing as the original lady at the window took my card and then didn’t know how to ring up the order so the manager then got pissed because she needed to do her job. Heaven forbid she has to help assist her employee. The “manager,” then proceeded to throw my card at me and yell “GET OUT OF MY DRIVE THRU, YOU ARE NOT A CUSTOMER.” I sure as heck will never be a customer there again and will never ever grab another driving order for them. You don’t treat customers that way. Seeing as I’ve been to this location many times and have never seen her, I hope she’s a temp. I’d give this location a zero if I could and only because of her. She literally threatened to call the cops and I told her to do it, she pretended too but is probably on drugs and that’s why she didn’t commit. I did nothing wrong. She’s horrid. Edit: not only does her attitude smell of decay so does the inside of this building. After calling Door Dash they informed me to file a police report with this individual. She’s too aggressive and is a liability for this store. She’s going to hurt a customer if y’all don’t carefully watch her.

So slow that one door dasher just left. Then another door dasher got put on it and texted me with an apology because the order was going to be late due to the drive thru being so slow.Might be the slowest McDonald's in America.

Saw them dump 2 ice creams that had been sitting on the counter for about 20 minutes back into the machine and the proceeds to drop the lid into the ice cream mixer machine and not cleaning it just put it back on top and then she had the audacity to take someone’s ice tea put a straw in it and drink it then ask us if we need anything or if something was wrong as we were sitting in total shock #downwiththeicecream

There is a very foul odor behind the building which is readily smelled by the drive thru customers. The stench is an appetite suppressant.The Large Fries were barely room temperature and the contents were about half in quantity.

They always mess up my order here I had to tell the lady in the drive thru everything I ordered and they still forgot my fries. I'm just sick of it I'm going to just go to the one off I35E even though it's further from my house. I'm not driving back over there that's ridiculous. I would encourage everyone I know to never go to this mcdonalds again. To make it worse when I called a bunch of girls were just laughing like they were at a sleepover and when I told them what my order was she just kept saying what? Hahahahaha what? So unprofessional.

Had items listed as available on the DoorDash menu. Waited for my confirmed order for an hour, just for McDonald’s to tell them the items weren’t available. Sooo, don’t count on them actually having what’s on their menu.

Everytime I go 2 McDonald's and I go alot with my grandkids, with their nuggets they lke ranch dressing. I ask 4 it, they say what kind of dressing wuld I lke, (ranch) I've never get it even after asking b4 I leave. Yes it's n the bag. Get hme not n the bag. Lol

This location has been getting better at speed and making sure the order is correct when it goes out. Had several times where I was missing something or it was the wrong meal. They have improved but the down side is their amount of condiment that a customer can have. Ask for extra anything and they only give you 1 or maybe 2 at most. If you have a 20 piece nuggets and 1 dipping sauce, it doesn't work. If you can select more and you are expecting 3 extra but never get them, then why suggest the ability to add more when you are never going to get more? I don't think there is a shortage on dipping sauces..... ?

I am sick and tired of asking for simple things. If I get a chicken sandwich I expect my chicken to be fresh and the bread not stale. If I get a double cheeseburger I expect there to be cheese. If I get a large fry I expect the fry cup to be filled or close to being filled not a medium fry serving in a large container. Correct your employees or find a new manager cause this ruined my night.

I would give ZERO starts if I could! The “manager” is extremely unprofessional and rude. After waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru, we were told our food wasn’t ordered through the app and we needed to get in line again. We requested her to look up the code of our order because we waited 20 minutes to get through the drive thru and we did not want to make that line again. She practically yelled in our faces that we needed to leave because she wasn’t going to help us. She talked over me the entire time and refused to listen. She closed the door in our faces after repeatedly telling us to leave. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.
