Ordered the philly cheese steak bowl, got it home and its burnt to a crisp and had to use a knife to cut the center out. They put very little cheese and almost no steak. This is the worst Marco's I have ever been to. Called and talked to the manager on duty and he was rude as can be. I will be calling back to talk to the store manager tomorrow. I would avoid this palce at all cost.

Once again near perfect service and delivery. Greek Salad taste and freshness out of this world. Delux Pizza thin crust cut into squares I really don’t see how this location continues to exceed all expectations. Thanks Retired Chef Gene

I'm still upset about a past experience that happened opening weekend. However, I recently visited and the employee who helped me was MEGA-chill and SUPER-helpful. The pizza was great too. I'll come back.

The ‘Marco’s Pizza’ on University is straight garbage in comparison to the rest of the Marco’s in the world. There is always something going on that prevents one from getting a pizza! I’d rather be eating pies (pizzas) made from the one on Teasley, where they are always made correctly, ahead of schedule and, damn good. If the store owner actually reads these reviews, please, oh please, go into your store and supervise, cook, engage, just do something, please!

Pizza is delicious of course! But want I want to rave about is that fact that you worked with us (Alexander Elem PTA) to be able to provide lunch for our kiddos for field day! You guys rock and I appreciate those that went in to work when called in. It was a large order and our 1st time doing something like this. Thank you so much again.

The freshness of the ingredients used at Marco’s can just not be beat. There is nothing better than when you get to take home your customized pizza and eat it when it’s convenient to you. Fast, fairly priced, fresh.

Cheezybread is 10/10 every time, especially with Jalapeño ranch. The original crust is always cooked perfect- never burnt or rubbery…just as it should be. It doesn’t even need dipping sauce…though you can always add a crust topper for extra deliciousness. All of the toppings are fresh and the cheese is perfectly melted.Delivery times are always decent and the drivers are kind. The location itself is very clean at the counter and tables, even the restrooms aren’t bad.I would recommend Marco’s to anyone looking for a fresh topping, delicious, cheesy pizza, quiet and clean location, kind staff, or even just to order in and enjoy the food in your own home.

Really good pizza. Quality toppings, gooey cheese, fair prices, and consistency. Employees are always friendly. They also send me good coupons every now and then.

I tried this place because I had never been there before and received a coupon in the mail. Because of the fact that I had never been there before, I really didn't know about how to order...the coupon that I chose to use was $19.99 for 2 large 2 topping pizzas...the first pizza was pepperoni and sausage the 2nd pizza, I unknowingly chose the wrong words when ordering...I wanted the meat that comes on the Philly Cheesesteak pizza so I said, Cheesesteak and jalapeños...the person taking my order should have asked me if I wanted a specialty pizza or just the meat but when I arrived to pick up the pizza...I was charged almost $30.00...I inquired about the price difference and was told that I ordered a specialty pizza...I told the guy at the counter that had I known that, I would have changed my order...so he gave me a $20.00 credit for a future order...I was thinking to myself that I possibly didn't want to return there again for food but I really had no choice since the guy said he couldn't refund my money...the pizza that I had...(the " specialty pizza" Philly Cheesesteak " with jalepenos) was not stellar by any stretch of the imagination...first of all the majority of the ingredients were mainly in the middle of the pizza leaving around 2inches of dry crust...I really didn't detect much meat on the pizza which was mostly cheese with around 2 cups of jalapeños thrown on top of the pizza...making me think that it was an after thought( which I picked most of them off before eating) the green pepper that was on the pizza was not very palatable and felt like I was eating plastic for some reason...had to spit them out...I also didn't detect any sauce of any kind on the pizza either and lastly ...who puts mushrooms on a cheesteak?? The second go round to the restaurant didn't offer much more satisfaction than the first...I was told to ask for " steak" if I wanted the meat that came on the Philly Cheesesteak...so I ordered " steak" and banana peppers this time...the "steak" looked like someone took thinly sliced sandwich meat( Similar to Arby's)and cut it into rectangles and placed a few pieces around the pizza...apparently they used pizza sauce because the 2 inch dry border was tinged with a red color...there were many areas of burnt topping or crust...and the pizza was dry and the peppers were barely under the cheese...worst pizza that I have ever had in my life!! They make Little Ceasers look like a gourmet pizza palace!! Not sure what the other pizza looked like as it was for my son but I will never step foot in this place again or recommend it to anyone!

I don't know what happened to this location. We used to eat here all the time, but we've stopped getting pizza here it's so bad. I wish this location was as good as the Teasley one.
