Update: 5-12-22Still inconsistent service. Confusing. 50% of the time the app and website will not let me place a order, stating that the store is unable to do that at this time. Sometimes it does let me place an order through the app. Sometimes I get the notification to pick it up on the blue moon day where it lets me place an order and I go to the store only to see it isn't ready after getting the notification that it was ready. I must admit last summer after my last review the service started to get better. But ever since the price hike it has been a downhill plunge. With a regular barebones cheese pizza costing nearly 6 and a half dollars what is making this place that much better of a deal than any other fast food pizza chain. It was mediocre pizza for a fantastic price. Now it's just mediocre pizza... If you can get purchase it.Update: 6-27Still terrible service. Everyone seems clueless. Lady who took everyone's order looked like we were inconveniencing her. Every time someone asked a question, even as a "is there an eta?" she would say "I don't know" supremely unhelpful. I'm guessing too no one was trained to use the pick you machine properly as there were orders in the machine and people couldn't get them because they forgot to add names. When asked whose order was in there the poor customers got the same response "not sure.."OG Review:Woweee the service just keeps getting worse. Went to get a single pizza and it took me 30 minutes to even place my order. One of the workers asked me what I ordered, I just wanted a cheese pizza and he said "you'll be here for a long time" before going to the back and not returning. Manager was yelling at the employees asking them why they're not taking peoples orders. Then someone else asked about their order and they were ignored, they had been waiting longer than me. Just schokingly bad service. Eventually I got my pizza but my God.
We tried placing a portal pick up which apparently isn’t available on sundays but allowed us to place the order anyways. We get there and they say they can’t do it because they don’t do it on Sunday’s. Okay, no biggie. We ask for a refund. They can’t do it until tomorrow and even then, can’t process it until a manager is there. We won’t be in town tomorrow to get the refund. They asked us to write down our info and we will get a call tomorrow but neither worker cared about the situation and were very flippant about the whole exchange and did not care at all about our experience.
The young lady working the cash register does not want to be there she does not know how to communicate. I know how this place is; it’s slow so I usually order what I see they have in stock today I ordered bread sticks and cheese bread I seen it she seen it but proceeded to go to the back and talk to her friend there were 2 ppl ahead of me … guess what we were waiting for nothing all she had to do was hand us what we paid for ??♀️The manager had to come out the back & he seemed super busy bless his heart. But ma’am you applied for this job either do the job or call in you made us wait for no reason
Have to drive from ponder to Denton for this pizza, which I'm fine with. What I'm not fine with is paying for it all online, driving up there and the store is closed. I would go to the other store here in Denton but I've had the same problem. Hope your experience is better but I will not be going back to any branch and recommend papa John's. Thank you raising cane's for being open.
Ordered online at 8:15 on a Saturday and showed up only to find it closed. Employees outside said the manager went home and there was nothing they could do. I didn’t get my food and was told I would have to come back during the week to get my refund
Terrible customer service! When I walked in the associate stared at me from behind the counter as if I had 3 heads. They had no pizzas ready, leaving me to wait almost 20 minutes for a simple pepperoni pizza. When it was finally ready, she pushed it towards me without saying a word & walked off.
It's little Ceasars yall. It's cheep pizza. If you want gourmet sh$# then go to a high end pizzeria. Spend $150 and get quality but until then just eat the cheap pizza you bought and quit crying about it. Oh also the kids working there aren't di#$ to you so that's cool.
I like Little Ceasars so I keep trying to order from here... and time after time the pizza is undercooked or otherwise improperly executed, my order is wrong or incomplete, and the service is completely lacking. By lacking I mean you might wait 10-20 minutes in the lobby before you even see an employee. Tonight I stopped in to order a "hot-n-ready" after a long day of Christmas shopping and waited 15-minutes only to be told they were closing and couldn't serve me. Little Ceasars needs to bring in the robots and automate operations ASAP.
I came to get 2 hot and ready pizzas and it took dm near 15 minutes to order and then had to wait on all the hot and ready pizzas.. The guys sent all his staff to break at the same time in the middle of a rush... Come on really??????
Walked in yo get an order of breadsticks.Lady at the front. Mid 50s...on her phone.Sees me walk in/ make eye contact...then proceeds to contining talking on the phone.Waited a min or two because...hey im kinda patient. Then a 17 year old manager stepped out and told her to get off the phone.I was THEN told after waiting that they were not taking orders due to being booked up.
