Consistently horrible service.
Ordered, made me wait, person who responded was rude and condescending, the one with the wrist tattoo and prepubescent mustache. Grown child gave me an attitude and his friend made my order taste awful. Don’t come here, the service and food are disgusting.Edit:Tenders so oily, sandwich so dry, fries so cold, my heart so disappointed
The lady was very nice! I had a great experience! I asked for Hi-C , but I meant tropicana ?. She was new and I confused her and she thought it was on the menu. I told her I meant Tropicana and we both laughed about it. She told me I made her night. Such great crew!!
Worst place to eat. Chicken was half done. When I taken the chicken back they knew they served this mess. The biscuits was so hard. I could have thrown it at someone and knocked them out. That's how hard the biscuits Were

I decided to give kfc another chance after avoiding them for a year due to multiple visits of poor service. I will not be coming to this location again. I ordered a 3 piece, 2 side meal and a 4 tender meal with an extra side through the app for pickup. Waited for 45 minutes in the parking lot only to be shorted on the 3 piece and no sides with the tenders to then be looked at with a dumbfounded expression.
Cancelled my order for no reason. We ordered on DoorDash before the closed time and they just cancelled my order because they WANT TO LEAVE EARLY.
These chicken legs did not come from a full grown chicken. This picture does not depict how small they actually are. Please change the chicken or lower the prices.?
Popcorn chicken was all crumbs. Not worth the money. Drive thru person is not friendly at all - he seemed irritated. Go to Braums instead.
