As I was driving through the drive-thru Lane, I noticed the back door leading to the kitchen was held wide open, allowing flies and other insects to enter the building. It was that way for at least the couple of minutes I was in the line. The doors looked as if they were held open with chocks. I can only imagine it was not within health regulations for the city of Denton.
This is the 3rd time I've had issues at this location and it's always the same: I always order Extra Crispy, all Dark. Either they do not care (which may be why I am unable to leave feedback on their website), they can't tell the difference between a thigh or a breast, nor the difference between Extra Crispy or Original - or - they figure you won't drive back. Or, maybe, they figure your a college student and won't fuss. 3rd time is charm, I will not be back to KFC.
Seriously this is the second time I’ve gone to this store and gotten the 8pc meal. I ask for only breasts and legs and each time I get home I see it’s thighs and legs. Seriously do you not know the difference between a breast and a thigh? Chicken 101 right? This is the last time I get chicken here. It’s too bad I really like KFC. Seriously I paid extra each time for their mistake. Watch this post. KFC will respond with a automated response. Teach your people how to tell the difference between the different chicken parts.
I ordered on the mobile app and went to pick it up. The signs stated mobile order pick-up inside, but all the doors were locked. I knocked several times and I know the staff heard me, but they just ignored me. I watched several people approach the front door, knocked several times, and then drive away. I waited 20 minutes in the drive through to pick up my order. Once there, I informed them that the front doors were locked, so they should probably unlock the front door, or put up a sign that stated “mobile order use the drive-through". I realized when they didn’t apologize that they knew the door was locked. It was more convenient for THEM to have the doors locked. Very inconsiderate.I always keep in mind that we are still in a pandemic; businesses are short staffed, and the supply chain is slow, and I also understand it’s KFC not La Crepe Nanou. I love KFC, but America’s first fried chicken franchise just became my last...at least in this area.
This particular KFC has no issue with serving and selling DEHYDRATED chicken that should be thrown away. Had to return to this restaurant on 2 different occasions. Not returning...
If I could select no stars for a rating, that's what I would post. We placed an order almost two hours ago and the order has still not been delivered! We received notification that the order could not be completed and that it was canceled. This notification arrived after the expected delivery time. We attempted to resubmit our order an hour after the initial order. Next, we were told thay a driver had it out for delivery. We attempted to call this location numerous times and nobody picks up the phone. A kind Door Dash driver has attempted to help us to no avail. They were told by staff at this location that orders will not be remade or refunded. This driver told us they were the third driver to attempt to pick up our order. Supposedly it's with a driver and still has not been delivered two hours later after the order was placed. We will be placing a complaint with the corporate office and will be calling our credit card company to stop payment as this seems to be the only way we will be refunded for our almost $50 order.Update:Had to reach out to Door Dash who connected me with KFC customer support. They said they refunded the orders. Did nothing else to encourage that I remain a customer. Not even a free drink. I will not spend my money at KFC ever again....or their sister restaurant brands for that matter. I highly suggest you think twice about ever visiting or attempting to order from this location. Horrible experience with this location that was too cowardly to even answer the phone. Shame on you KFC!
Ok so this was my first experience at a KFC. Worst first experience EVER. The food here is outrageously expensive for a fast food place. That isn't the reason for my one star rating though. They give me two small portions of gravy to go with my mashed potatoes and put these containers in a paper sack. By the time I get home, the gravy has leaked through the sack and all over the rest of the food, and then leaks out onto my floor when I get home. They gave me 0 napkins and. $48 for that experience.
They messed up my order twice. In the same day I ordered hot Kentucky fried tenders And they gave me two piece instead. The workers still don’t know what they’re doing. Don’t waste your time coming here
Drove through for a quick bite while traveling. It was a quick drive-thru but the tenders were overcooked and the biscuit literally fell apart.
Chicken had been setting under heat lamp too long. Got food home and was just uneatable. Biscuits weren’t even cooked all the way done. $50 and basically had to throw in the trash. If you can’t serve freshly cooked chicken what can you do. Nothing! Disgusting! Never going back. Colonel Harland Sanders would be dissatisfied!!
