I went to juice lab in bixby knolls today and paid over $10 for a juice. Everything I read says for the best nutritional value you should drink the juice within 20 minutes of making it because the nutritional value decreases incrementally after that. At this juice lab, they make their juices in the morning and then just pour them for you throughout the day. So, if I'm going to pay $10 for a juice I want them to make it for me personally right when I order it not in a batch.

several employees have stated very unethical business practices from the owners. they lie to customers and abuse their staff. this business does not reflect the values of the denton community.
It would be really helpful if you put on your website or doors that its call ahead, especially for someone who is in a rush and a first time guest who may not be used to the menu. Just moved to Denton, wanted to try local, finally found the door and was informed to call ahead by a couple of rude customers, like I should know what's going on by the lack of signage. Maybe will try again in the future,
