I ordered through DoorDash after work last night (late, around midnight). I was exhausted and just wanted something quick and easy. The app continually added time to my order, as if there were no drivers. I called the restaurant just to see if this was an app error or if they were experiencing a high volume of orders. I was told that they were not busy and that my order had been delivered at 12:53am by a JJ driver, not a DoorDash driver. It was now after 1am and I still had no food. I even checked my neighbor’s houses to see if it had been delivered to them by mistake. Not only was I continuously hung up on, but at 1:45am my food had still not arrived even though the DD app said that it was completed. I called yet again and the cashier on the line (the one that kept hanging up before I could speak) curtly said that he would send out a new order. It arrived within 15 minutes and my delivery girl was so sweet! Flash forward to the next night (tonight): I arrive home from work around midnight to my original order at my door. I call to confirm that my card had not been charged twice, and the manager says that they have no idea where this order came from. All in all, I will not be ordering or frequenting this location ever again. The delivery girl was sweet and apologetic, more employees should be like her. I’d suggest going to Jersey Mike’s.
I have ordered pickup from this Jimmy John's about a dozen times now (using the app or in person) and have never been disappointed. In particular, Roy has provided excellent service. Roy always greets me when I enter the door, and he often has a smile and exudes a generally pleasant and enthusiastic demeanor. He is quick but accurate in preparing sandwiches, and he has always either alerted me personally or has placed my sandwich in the bin by the door waiting to be picked up. Great work, Roy! Jimmy John's would do well to keep this guy around.
Meh, they could do a lot more with the meat options and sauces, when I visited this place, they didn’t even have chicken options, I tried something new and it was disappointing tbh, please up your sauce and meat game.

I love this place but the delivery is very hit and miss. I'm two blocks away and some times I get my single sandwich delivery in 10 minutes, other times it's much longer. I'm currently waiting for my sandwich that was ordered over an hour ago. Ridiculous.
Late night hunger and I went in to get some grub. No problem serving me and I had NO mask on. I waited for my food (NOT WEARING A MASK) I ate my food there (NOT WEARING A MASK) and I left (NOT WEARING A MASK)…I left thanking everyone for great service and then I walk in 5 minutes later with my bf and all of a sudden it’s “no mask no service”…? I’m sorry but if you’re gonna do that at least be consistent with it??? Also, if you’re gonna do the mask preach maybe provide masks for people who don’t have them. Be apart of the solution???
The past few times I've ordered delivery here it's taken 2.5-3 hours to arrive. This time it didn't arrive at all. I called them at the two hour mark and they told me that my order had been delivered an hour prior. It hadn't been, so I asked them if there was anything that could be done about it. They told me that it wasn't a fault on their end so they didn't have to do anything about it. Probably not going to order delivery here again.
Very fast and always clean and the customer service is amazing
This is one of the best Jimmy John's I've eaten at! I've been eating on and off here for years and they've always made a solid sandwich and delivered it super quick. The store its self has always been clean and they staff respectful and professional. I've hit this spot up a few times in the last couple of weeks and whoever has been making my beach clubs has been killing it. I'm not supposed to eat cucumbers and unlike a lot of places this spot has yet to forget to exclude them.
