Have ordered takeout & curbside pickup through the app multiple times and it’s always been a great experience. Jason’s has become a new go-to for us. Food is great, ordering/pickup process is easy & always ready (and correct) when I get there. Employees are very courteous & polite, they always greet me with a smile!
This was a terrible order. The food was way overpriced, and not hot. Not only that but the soup was disgusting and not worth the money. The baked potatoes had not enough toppings and again overpriced. My friend ordered the potato salad and not only was that terrible but it cost two extra dollars!! This means that a sandwich and potato salad was almost 15 dollars. So disappointed.
Nice salad bar and pot pie soup. Quick service and easy access off loop 288. Little pricey for a one stop salad bar, drink and cup of soup for $15.01. But, like I mentioned you can build ur own salad. Worth it to stop by this location if near by.
They have ruined Jason’s deli. No more unlimited salad bar! What a joke! They blame it on “COVID”. However, you can still go refill your drink. So, someone explain how COVID is going to spread by a second trip to the salad bar but won’t by refilling my drink. This is just and excuse to cut costs. The quality has gone downhill and service with it. Even the ice cream is bad. Tastes like powder. Won’t waste my time or money with Jason’s Deli ever again.
Lackluster.My brother and I each got a bowl of chicken noodle soup. There were three other customers in the store in Denton about 1pm, and two customers more came in after we ordered and sat down.After about ten minutes I asked my brother how long he thought it took to ladle some soup into some bowls. He said he was just about to ask me the same thing. A couple of minutes later, a guy brought our soup. I asked a woman stocking the salad bar if there were any crackers. She said they had trouble getting them delivered, but to her credit she went into the kitchen and found two packs for us.The soup had a hearty salty broth, but little else. A few small tidbits of chicken (my brother noted a can of Campbells had more, but mine had more), a bit of small chopped carrot, and I counted four short noodles.

Some times when i come here to pick up my food i give them 20-30 minutes to make my it but my food always seems to be dry and heated up in the microwave. It doesn’t taste like it was heated up in the oven. I had to heat up the food in the oven and now it has more moisture and is easier to eat.
Was a little disappointed at this Jason’s deli. It was clean and staff was friendly but they got mine and my daughters order wrong and I hate having to send anything back. I got the papa joe and the bread was pretty hard or stale so it wasn’t very enjoyable. Soup was good, and the fruit was fresh though!

Shorted us soup, one piece of cheesecake, the one they did send was expired. The food looked like it was made by someone who reeeaaaally didn’t care.
