The manager was running the drive-thru and miscounted my change I handed her a 10 and 5 ones and added a few pennies to get exactly a nickel and a dollar back and she proceeded to only hand me the nickel because she was busy taking three other orders while she was giving me my change so insisted that I only gave her 14 and thought about it and refused to make up for her mistake so I know for a fact she owed me a dollar. I can't blame her too much but for her to argue after and not being able to count as a manager I'm kind of appalled
I placed a mobile order on May 15 and hit the button for them to start making my order.. I get to the restaurant and they have not received my order. However, they cannot cancel the charge and I cannot cancel the charge from the app.They have me place a new order at the counter, which was more expensive due to not having mobile app offers. They told me to contact customer service on the website to get a refund.I say, okay, fine. The new order got messed up so I had to come back in and get it fixed. They took care of that but this is just too complicated. It's 2 days later and I have not been contacted back by a manager or corporate. I tried to call the phone number for the restaurant as listed on Google and it is going straight to busy line every time. How else can we get a simple refund resolved? I ended up opening a dispute with my credit card company. This is too much work for what could have been a simple refund or better yet, they should have given me my "second" order at no charge since I was already charged. I ended up spending close to 60 dollars on a fast food meal. And no one could fix this for me in a timely manner.I gave 2 stars because at least the guy at the counter was nice to me. But ultimately this is a restaurant system issue because they could not issue me a refund.Edit: They replied to my review on here asking me to contact them through their website but they haven't replied to two of my emails I sent through the support page in the past 3 days.
Rude & Unfriendly staffI went to drive thru at morning around 3 am and order for 2 Sandwiches, 1 egg roll and 1 loaded tiny tacos. But the staff gave regular tiny tacos. And when asked the staff was rude and did blah blah…..Very much disappointed.
I got a breakfast combo!The croissant sandwich was good.The hash brown that came with it WAS HORRIBLE.It had SO MUCH grease in it that it soaked through several napkins that I laid it on.On the table, there was a BIG grease spot.I was very dissatisfied!!!!!
i think some of everything on the menu was in my french fry box yesterday. i ordered a patty melt meal with nacho cheese on the fries there was all kinds scraps in that fry box a complete mess. this pandemic has these places at their lowest i tell you. its getting worst and worst every day look the fries was so old that they had ZERO heat in them like dehydrated fries. i haven't had jack in the box in like 11 years i said let me try them since i was out yesterday . what a big mistake it looked like a kid fixed this meal im serious you see it plain sight shredded cheese you can still see the shreds ? i found so many scraps of other food items in that box i just threw it out by a gas station you have to do better ?
I went in to used the bathroom I am a diabetic! It was locked they said it was only for customers very rude crew!!!! I told them I was going to purchase something after I used bathroom. No no no. REALLY RUDE UNCARING STAFF ALL SHOULD BE FIRED!!!! They just didn't want to let me use bathroom because I am white. Do they think if there that tude to someone that they would eat there! Evidently they don't get orders right either.
I ordered the buttery jack and it looked nothing like it, also it was dry and the bun was burnt. The person taking my order said they ran out of coke so I got the tea instead, when I got my drink and took a sip it tasted like coke and tea. Will not be going back to this location.
I enjoy coming to this location. Chela always takes and gives me my orders, she is super nice and always gets my order right!! Give the woman a raise!!
My fish sandwich my husband and I wanted so bad was completely burnt and non edible. That’s just wrong! Yuck
The customer service was great. The bathroom was out of service ?. I ordered a breakfast jack on sourdough bread. The egg was overcooked. I've had issued with Jack in the Box in the past. So I asked my daughter did she want me to take it back. She said, No she'll just eat her French fries instead. So I will drive to the one in Corinth, Tx from now on.
