I come here at least twice a week on my lunch breaks and I must say the service is generally pretty fast! I mostly always order something different but the food is always fresh. I’ve been coming to this location for a while and it’s gotten better over the last two months. The lobby is always clean, the staff is much nicer then before, the one time I had problem the manager addressed it quick he actually remade my food himself and he was very kind and not showing irritation. This location is much better then the other ones.

It so so but not as suckie as the one that closed n this one doesn't not smell n my issue is there no staff there thy need employees if thy going to o work for jack n box so why there like 2 pep n hand shacken like thy scared n b up to no good. N I save food to b tested to it doesn't pass thy scan like it should I b there 2 time bck to bck I took samples peace n it doesn't pass scan

Waited a very long time and saw a 4 year old running around behind the counter while they were cooking, and the workers just ignored him like it was normal.

This place is a joke.Whoever was the girl working around 8 PM on January 31st on the register and drive thru headset needs to be humbled and fired. I walked up to her and she looked me up and down. Girl, say “Hello, how can I help you” because that’s the bare minimum for customer service?? I ask for a plain cheeseburger, which is what I order at every burger restaurant you can imagine which includes other Jack in the Box locations. She told me they didn’t sell cheeseburgers. I clarified what I wanted, and she said “Look at the menu. Pick a number”. She kept looking at me like I was stupid. I have worked fast food and know that customizable items exists on the register screen. Whatever, I stepped to the side and tried to look for something else she would understand. There was a group of friends behind me and I let them go while I looked. They were looking at the menu for barely a second and she says “Hurry up. We don’t have the time”. I walked out after that. If she hadn’t said that to that girl with her friends, maybe I wouldn’t have walked out. Terrible customer service, she was treating everything like it was a joke. No wonder they’ve barely opened up again. At the end of the day, that’s her paycheck and I ended up going to a different Jack in the Box and got a plain cheeseburger. Don’t waste your time or money here, people that don’t deserve it work at this location. Side note, the bathrooms have been out of service for more than two weeks. This location is clearly not well maintained or well mannered

do NOT come. very unsanitary and completely ignored me. i thought it was closed cuz no one was responding so i drove up to the window and find an employee see me, brush me off, and walk to the back.

Just grabbed some for lunch - while they were out of chicken nuggets/strips, that was no problem. Huge drink selection (per the signs?) and everything was super fresh! Could feel the heat radiating out of the bag when we got it, everything tastes great and well, like Jack in the Box food should taste like lol. Glad to see this location open again! The other two Jack locations nearby are... interesting at times, to say the least.

Came to pick up a door dash order, the lady behind the counter couldn't be bothered to let the customer know they were out of chicken nuggets and instead decided to ignore the order completely. When I told her the dasher can't alter orders and that she'll need to do it, she simply shrugged her shoulders. Bruh what.EDIT: And the cashier's kids were running around the parking lot.

Friendly, helpful with the menu, and i was able to pay using Samsung Pay.

These are the jerks that had like 5 student cars towed after being closed for like a year. Luckily I wasn't towed but it was pretty messed up to do stressed out hardworking students like that. A day of warning and leeway would have been the right thing to do. Shame on you Jack ??
