Absolutely disgusting wings! Will never order again.
Wings were just “okay”. They were meaty but also fatty and super dry. Charged extra dollar for 2 blue cheese that we didn’t even receive. And they split our 16 piece order into 2 separate containers and split the fries between the two containers with the 8 wings instead of putting the wings in one container and fries in the other container. In turn, the little bit of sauce on the wings ended up saturated into the fries. Won’t order wings from here again, will go elsewhere next time.

Might be fine for ordering sauced wings, although the fries were overly salty and overly greasy. I placed an order to my hotel after work for PECAN SMOKED WINGS which were listed on the menu. Restaurant was well reviewed in doordash, but in my haste after work I did not look anywhere else for reviews. I ordered naked SMOKED wings and received naked chicken wings which could not possibly have been smoked. The food was disgusting, I ate what I could and ended up having yogurt for my hotel refrigerator and threw the rest away. Went through the doordash app for a remedy to give the restaurant an opportunity to make it right and received about a 25% credit from doordash automatically. Looks like the restaurant operates out of a Chili's.Again, this might be fine if you're looking for cheap sauced wings, but the menu specifically offers pecan smoked wings. I never would have ordered it if I knew it was a virtual store run out of a Chili's. This was a complete wasted opportunity, and a complete waste of time and money. I should have been more careful, and basically fell into a trap. The one-star-review is earned by restaurant that sets such a trap. I never would have imagined I would one day accidentally order alleged pecan smoked wings from a Chili's and get served such hot garbage, but especially if you're in Texas, DO NOT LIST PECAN SMOKED MEAT ON A MENU AND COMPLETELY FAIL TO DELIVER IT. ONE STAR AWARDED.
I think if they can figure out how to keep it all from soggying up on the drive home, we would have a hit here. The garlic parm boneless I ordered was spicy and I missed the garlic and the parm both. My husband had the buffalo and we ordered a side of the honey sriracha to sample and it was good. He enjoyed his wings. Can't beat these prices for a family with littles. Would even be a better value and better food than fast food nuggets for your kiddos. The boneless chunks are pretty large and one order of 11 would easily feed 2 littles. Fries are ample. Our biggest suggestion to corporate is figure out how to remove the sog factor and you will have pulled me away from Caines and Chick-fil-A for good.The 2 females who helped us at the takeaway could not have been any friendlier. Those girls deserve a raise and were the absolute best!We will go back and probably throw the next batch in the air fryer to dry out.

This place needs shut down. I will be contacting my local food safety inspector and I suggest others do the same. I ordered my wings and then saw the reviews stating raw chicken... I thought there's no way they can have that many bad reviews of raw chicken...boy was I mistaken. I know it's operated by chili's so that will shut both restauraunts down. the managers there need fired. I worked as a QA in the kitchen at this chili's over a decade ago, and I never would have let this quality of food leave the kitchen. absolutely disgusting, and based off the number of reviews mentioning this, its not an isolated incident. luckily postmates gave me a refund. but I still waited over a hour for raw chicken. get it together or lose your business all together.
The wings were badly cooked they were supposed to be smoked wings and they were not I was also supposed to have Fries with BOTH of my combos Plus an extra order of fries and received ZERO fries! Wings had no flavor and were undercooked!
Let my start by saying I’m a wing snob. I grew up on the east coast where every bar had wings with 100s of flavors that never disappointed!
