We had curb side to go, very nice server. Great eggs, sausage, french toast, hash browns. Minus one star bc we got two items that included strawberries (french toast and pancakes) and only one side of strawberries. Food was hot, delicious and ready on time!

Delicious and good! Only 4 stars as it took some time to get food ready and location was fairly empty. Love the cinnaminions! The ice cream sundae pancakes off the hoppy hour menu were amazing! Great staff and friendly environment.

Hostess/waitress was kind and quick to serve. Order was placed correctly and came out in an acceptable amount of time. However, the eggs were cold and flat. The sausage was a fully-cooked link that was clearly not heated up. It was still cold and flaccid. Putting the sausage and eggs in my mouth was a wholy unpleasant experience. The gluten friendly waffle was fine. Unexciting and expected when you order gluten friendly.I was disappointed when my area were still 75% full and my waitress didn't even ask if the meal was okay or if I was dissatisfied with anything. I guess it makes sense in today's economy and business practices.

I've been to this location three times in person. I have also tried to order from a delivery app a handful of times after once many other places are closed. The first time we went, super busy. Attentive waiter. Made time to at least touch base with us if he wasn't able to stop by for full attention. It was fine. The second time myself and some friends were waiting for a brunch movie to start over at The Alamo. We went to IHOP to grab coffees beforehand and chat. It was busy, but we are still paying customers and we were planning on tipping as if we did eat. We had our original coffee and in the rest of the time there the waitress wouldn't stop at the table for refills or ask if we were okay. We ended up having to go to the front to ask for the check. Then proceeded to wait longer for the waitress to come over and give us attitude. We weren't rude at all, even when having to ask for help from someone. The third time we were seated and waited 10 min with no service. We waved over someone and they told us they would go figure out who was our server. Another 10 minutes went by. We left after other tables who seated after us kept getting helped.Every time we have done delivery we regret it. IHOP is usually one of the only late night food options for delivery. When I don't feel good, I want crepes. The four chances I have given them (which is four too many, but not feeling good really makes me want crepes) we never received our food. Delivery drivers would get tired of waiting for it and cancel pushing it to another driver. When delivery time says arrive at 10:45pm and food keeps saying delayed... We end up cancelling once it gets almost 1am as a lost cause. (When ordering, it states that it should only take 25 min to be ready and at my door) So sadly all 4 times we have tried, it seems like they just don't care about the delivery orders. If that is the case, turn it off. Stop accepting orders.I should have quit going/ordering long ago.

Excellent staff, food . Very professional and she even helped me with my rental truck. I was very impressed. I think I made a mistake on the stars. But didn't know how to change it. They were 5 star top of the line. I really appreciated the food and help with the truck.

We noticed when we came in that it was very cold. We mentioned it to the server and she claimed that it was someone had turned the temp way down but it was coming back up so we decided to stick it out. It didn't. At one point I took my ohone out and turned on the sensors. It was 57.1 degrees. When the food arrived of course it was cold. So cold the butter substitute on my pancakes would not even melt. Just smeared around in globs. My wife's "over easy" egg was cooked so hard she had to use a knife to cut it. My "butter pecan" syrup was just plain syrup with a little butter pecan mixed in. I could barely taste it. Maybe it was the cold.

Food was good, staff was pleasant, however only got one refill on my coffee and I had to go to the kitchen to ask for it. it was pretty empty, but most of the time there weren't any servers on the floor.

Food was terrible. Chicken under cooked. Was seated and waitress took drink order. People seated behind us came in almost 10 minutes after us and had their food, ate, cashed out and left and we still sat there another 10 minutes before we got our food. Sad when I have to go home and eat after I was just at a restaurant for 1 1/2 with about 5 tables in use. I just pray I don’t get food poisoning. Server was fine, nothing great. Disappeared a lot. Charged for refill kids chocolate milk even after we had sat there for 45 minutes without food.

It pays to read the menu. I didn't know they made choc pancakes for kids. Looked terrible. Tasted horrible n kids only.took one bite. I' would of thought they'd serve original pancakes unless you request other wise. Lesson learned. Other than that food n service was great. Wasn't their fault I failed to read what kind pancakes they served. A little pricey nowadays just eating breakfast. For 3 adults n two 2 yr olds. 75.00. I had burger n fries n tea. . They had an omelet n tea . Kids had one pancake.

Very busy but didn't have any wit time to be seated. Our glasses never sat empty and the good was fresh and hot. It was $38 for 2 LG. Orange juices, 2 teas, and waters and 2 meals. I got the basic meal with 2 eggs, 2 sauage/bacon links (I chose sausage), hashbrowns, and all you can eat pancakes. My son had the same thing (but scrambles eggs). We had a server in training who did a fantastic job! Keep up the great service!
