the worst fuzzys i have ever visited.. i live local to this one and normally make the drive to ANY other fuzzys even if it is 30 minutes or more away from me. there was on person in the kitchen working. and one person at the register. the whole place was empty, i ordered a drink from the bar and there was no bartender present in the place.. i was there for about 30-45 minutes eating. and the entire time i was there , there was not a single person in the building except the one cook.. i had to wait for the two staff members to return after being out side ( smoking and talking ) to ask for a refund on my drink since i have been sitting there waiting this whole time with no one in the entire place. i proceeded to see the bartender come in one time to pour himself a drink while on the clock but not make my drink... finally got a refund and they got me a drink .. but this is crazy that there is literally no one in the building any anyone could have came in and took whatever they wanted or stolen from the bar or the register... little too trusting for myself and unhelpful! never visiting this one again even if it is the closest option!
This location is by far THE BEST LOCATION I HAVE EVER VISITED. I was having a really bad mental health week and decided to make eat something. When I went to pick up my food Brandon and his coworkers were so helpful and funny. They put a smile on my face and my day felt a bit better. These days it’s hard to find customer service like this. This staff is amazing and so helpful. I’m never going to another location again. Great food, fresh, they confirmed my order and made sure everything was correct. Just awesome, cool vibe, and attentive staff. THANK YOU BRANDON!☺️
When we first tried fuzzy'z we loved the food and how good it was, we decided to eat it again tonight and we were very DISAPPOINTED. The fish taco's were bland and had no seasoning, the beef taco's only taste like the garlic sauce that they use, the chicken taco's were dry and the shrimp taco's were unpleasant. Nothing had any flavor to it, we pretty much got full off of chips and queso. We didn't even finish our taco's because they weren't appetizing at all. The food has definitely went down from a year ago, will definitely stick to making my own taco's from now on.
Yesterday 4/24 was the 1st time I tried Fuzzys Taco Shop and my husband and I were NOT disappointed at all!! The food was amazing! We just got 6 corn tacos and a side of rice that was absolutely perfect!!! I have no complaints at all!! The service was freakin great!! And it felt like I was leaving within like 10 mins of walking in! After I ordered and was just waiting the man running the bar asked if there was anything I needed and I told him I was good but thank you anyway! Wasn't too busy probably bc it was raining really bad but it was just amazing!! The restaurant looked very nice and clean, several drink options too! I will absolutely be going back there!! I can't wait to try something else on the menu! Very hard to choose since everything looked so good! I would definitely recommend this location!
So fresh and everything was cooked to perfection. Best Fuzzy's I've been to! Bartender was great too.The staff really seemed to get along well and care about each other. I was there during a shift change and one staff member was a little late due to a school function, but the others covered for him until he arrived and seemed happy to. Great atmosphere and great food! Love the veggie tacos so much!
Absolutely the worst Fuzzy’s I’ve ever been to!Over 15 min wait because of 1 person working the front.13 customers in line and absolutely zero service!Wake up management!
Ordered 2 nachos had to wait over an hour after they said it would be done then they refused to give our money back after we tried to cancel it.It wasn't busy 9 costumers tops saw most of the worst just messing around in the back horrible place super dirty too
Everyone was super friendly. Great food!! The cook was so amazing. He knew we had ordered one breakfast burrito without eggs. After seeing that, he took the time to ask us if the no egg was due to an allergy. We told him yes to the allergy. He then proceeded to tell us how he would make sure no eggs or utensils used on eggs were used on our burrito. After we ate, he took time to talk to us and make sure everything was good. Such an awesome experience!!
I came into Fuzzy’s about 15 mins after them opening at 7am and I was greeted before I even came in the door by one of the managers Marcus. He was so jovial, and professional already asking about my day. I then go in and I’m greeted by Renee the other manager and she was just the same and so spirited with her customer service. They both had me laughing through the whole experience. This time of day I know I may not have had the most energy to give out but both Marcus and Renee were the opposite. As I’m waiting for my food, I was then introduced to Superwoman as they call her in the kitchen because she literally can do it all. Thank you so much Marcus, Renee and Miss Superwoman for making my early morning off to a stupendous start. I would recommend anyone to come to this Fuzzy’s Taco Shop location.
Marcus and his late night crew were great! There were not many places open due to the bad weather & they made my order with no problem. Great spot. Will be back!
