This was our first time here and we drove 40 miles to try it out based on reviews. But I the end we didn't due to the very bizarre behavior of the owner. We ordered a triple and a double but received two doubles so brought one back in. The owner made us bring in the other burger to make sure it was not the triple. I guess he thought we were lying? We brought the second one in to show him and he grabbed both, put them on the counter with the cooks and told them to deal with it. We said one was a double so no need to remake it. Inexplicably, he then said testily told us to "relax" even though we were not upset at all. We said that was borderline rude and he replied by asking if we wanted our money back. So we agreed since his behavior was so irrational. He ended by saying, "This is my house, not your house." Huh? Based on what we saw of the burgers, they were typical frozen patty old style burgers. Cheese was not melted. Nothing special. Didn't take a bite so can't tell you how they tasted. Did taste a fry and it was hot but not seasoned. The single tiny pre-ADA outside restroom was pretty dirty and in disrepair. I always feel that if a place has a dirty restroom I wonder how clean the kitchen is.

This place is awesome their hamburger and fries were great. Like in the good old days. The only problem is they need one other person working the front counter because they are beyond very busy. It's a father and so d team whoru this place. The son is very customer service friendly and has a great personality. He was working the front counter. I highly recommend this place.

Went to Mr. Frosty's today with my service dog and was turned down tell me I couldn't I have a service dog in there building so I won't be back They were very rude

After 2 years in Denton we finally gave Frosty a try. It is a nice drive down nostalgia lane and we found the #1 burger and onion rings filling and good. The folks behind the counter were fun - they even put my onion ng rings on my wife's tray when I commented that she would eat my rings! We will be back.

I recently moved here and was intrigued by the diner look but didn't get a chance to try until today as the hours didnt line up with my commute.I was not disappointed. The line was 2 or 3 deep but seemed to move along well. The menu was simple and good prices and the food was great!I really enjoyed the chili on the burger. I like the lack of beans in the chili, beans on a burger get too heavy and the chili was thin enough to add taste but not heavy. Fries were crispy and hot! All the food was fresh. I will be back again and I highly recommend!

Great food and super friendly service! Burgers were made so well that we didn't have to open them up to add sauce. Cheese tots were delicious, crinkle fries were crispy, their homemade root beer paired well with their vanilla soft serve to make the BEST root beer float. Gentleman behind the counter taking orders was clean cut, very personable, and remembered everyone's name so he could address them as such. Not sure why it took us 3 years passing by this place to finally stop in, but were so happy we did and will most definitely be back.

Good made to order burgers and fries. Nice, hot, and crispy. And one of the best shakes I've had in a while. That house made root beer is top notch as well.

I don't live too far away but it was probably my first time back to Mr Frosty's in 15-20 years. No real reason why it took that long to return. Stopped in for a late lunch on a Saturday and the place was still pretty busy. Service was moving along fast with counter service being run by the owner. I ordered a #3 burger made bigger(an extra 1/8 lb patty) with a order of fries, a black cow and a butterscotch shake. Everything turned out great, the burger was a really good burger, I just can't give it a "great burger" review but it was a really good burger. Crinkle cut fries were fried just right, crispy on the outside with a soft center. Black cow(blended root beer float) was great and my wife really enjoyed her butterscotch shake. All in all a great visit, food was great, service was great. I'll be back again, way sooner than 15-20 years this time.

Me and my husband ate here today for the first time it was AMAZING the burger with the special sauce was AWESOME and the onion rings and fries were delicious food was hot and the ROOTBEER FLOATS is a must try friendly environment

If you haven't driven out to Ft Worth Dr. in Denton for this GEM of a burger place, You need to! Best burgers I've had in a while. Even my 11 year old granddaughter was impressed. Besides the delicious food, the owner could not have been any nicer. I'm not a big review writer, but he went above and beyond just good customer service...it was EXCEPTIONAL! My granddaughters hamburger bun was coming off the burger, so he calls her by name and asks if he can get her another bun!! Simply because he witnessed her struggling to hold the burger together from behind the counter. Super impressed! Sir...we will be back for some more delicious burgers with burger sauce and customer service! Thank you
