Burger was bland. I can get the same at Wendy's. Over priced compared to the other burger chains. The $5.99 shake is a small anywhere else. I don't see how this is rated the best .One of my coworkers is a veteran and a senior person. No discount either way.I'd give y'all 2 stars but y'all really suck.I'll stick with burger boy. Far better quality and service overall.
Service was great, food was great. Although, I do wish places that sell meat of any kind have to post what kind they're serving each day and what farm it comes from. They boast about where their potatoes come from but knowing where where your meat comes from is more important.
Cmon....I will give you 3 stars since your fries are great...but why so sloppy with the burgers? And train your front person to have a personality, otherwise change to a kiosk. You can tell she hates her job and didn't want to be there....kind kills the mood of your hungry customers.
The food is great, but this location makes mistakes a lot. They will forget bacon on your burger, sauces or extras you order on it. The food is still tasty but the staff needs some extra diligence.Update: Been three years since my review. Place is doing a but better. This is not the five guys that hands out fries like there's no tomorrow. Which is what five guys is famous for. Don't get the large. Waste of money.
Delicious cheeseburgers and their fries are great as well but the prices are so high now we're not going to go anymore. It's double what it used to be and no more fries automatically if you get a burger, everything's separate now and $$. It's literally every bit of $20 for one person to eat here if they get fries burger and drink or milkshake, minimum $12 for a regular size single patty cheeseburger by itself or like me on my last visit I purchased two cheeseburgers for myself for dinner, it was $22.49. We can but we're not spending this much if we don't have to.
On Christmas Eve the spoiled kids that drive sports cars to work refused to feed a homeless man who just wanted a meal. When we gave him money to eat, they stared him down as if he wasn't human. Merry Christmas!
The single most disgusting group of spoiled and entitled kids working on Christmas Eve. After eating your free meals before opening, who are you to look down on a hungry homeless man? You don't know someone's story. Judgement is only left for judges and God himself.
Clean, well lit dining room. The service was fast and friendly. One of the best, freshest hamburgers around and the fries ..ARE THE BEST. Period. The biggest downside (and it's HUGE) to eating at Five Guys...is it's EXPENSIVE. A regular fry, bacon cheeseburger and large coke was $22.
Very not impressed two people two burgers one hot dog one med fry’s and two drinks $42 and change most expensive place I’ve. Ate since the the virus hit their dining tables where not clean almost asked for something to wipe them down
Lol... did realized I was on the Denton Loop. Lol... let the chips fall. Good food dangerous to walk in currently.Every one very friendly at the Lewisville location. Supper clean. No trip or slip hazard like the one In Denton loop 88. Great buyer experience. Will be back to the Lewisville location. **** The floors was so slippery that I felt like the star attraction of the ice capades at the Denton Loop 88 location. In formed the staff of danger there they didt deem it important to fix it in any way !!!! I waited till no traffic!!!! Didnot put out the first sign. Went to the restroom. The floor so greezy I could barely stand and go at the same time.(Denton Loop 88 location by te target)**** Lewisville thanks for the clean safe store! Food was good at both locations. Just had put out the request for help for the Denton location. You know when a person spends over 20 bucks for a lunch. The safety of the buyer should be very important.
