Great service ,courteous staff, I was greeted when I went in . Forget subway this place is awesome !! Great sub one of the best I have ever had will definitely be going back bye bye subway!!
We did a UBER order and when it arrived at my house, order was incomplete. I called and they acted like they could careless if I got my whole order or not. Told me to drive up and they would get me the rest of my order. I told the guy if I wanted to get out and get my order I wouldn't be calling cause it would have been received correctly. The restaurant blamed the UBER drive for my order not being correct.
The Italian was delicious. Skyla was extremely nice, and helpful since it was my first time going to firehouse
This location has continually gone down hill for months. I placed a order for carryout for my partner to pick up. When they arrived, one of the subs had everything that was requested to be removed. My two soups were also missing. I understand mistakes happen, so I proceeded to call the store to request a refund for the soups and was placed on hold indefinitely multiple times without ever speaking to someone (not even a greeting from an employee). At one point, they disconnected their phone line as well. I really like the food here, but I refuse to contribute to this level service. I can only imagine how their employees conduct themselves behind scenes when no-one is watching if they're willing to do this when people are watching.
I showed up at 10:43am business hours on door say they open at 10:30am….I knocked 3 times till finally a guy opens door and tells me not to bang on door…That he was still opening up…I’m not one to ever leave bad reviews. But the guy who decided to ignore me and not open the door and then be extremely rude and then tell me to take my business elsewhere needs an attitude adjustment. Horrible customer service.
I apologize for the sloppy photo but this is all that is left. We absolutely love this place. It’s so close to our home and so well priced. Our order is always correct and fresh. We can’t say enough good things. Our favorite sandwich joint in Denton.
I’ve come here a couple times before, typical firehouse subs and nothing out of the ordinary. I just stopped in to get a sub after work at around 8:40. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by “are you here for pickup “ I said no and that I was just gonna get something to go. The employee then said “sorry we just took our last order for the night” with no other words said, didn’t even look up. Closing time was 9 pm. Maybe be a little bit more clear about this so people don’t leave disappointed:/ I’ll come back because I’m a die hard fan of firehouse , but this guy was just rude.
Finally my son and I went back to try this one at Rayzor Ranch. I used to love Firehouse in Lewisville. This one used to be ok. Now though no "Hi welcome to firehouse " the guy taking orders was not helpful and rude. Noone smiles or wants to talk to you. I know help is hard to find right now but dang. The sandwich wasn't like I remembered and mostly bread.
Their phones are off half the time, no signal tone. Have a very high wait time in their online ordering. I come in early every time and ever time the food ia already ready. Other than that, good food.
I absolutely love firehouse. Won’t eat any other subs. However, this location is lacking… they hardly ever answer the phone making it extremely difficult to make a call in order when you are having internet issues which I do a lot. Also it’s not always the cleanest location. Unfortunately it’s the closest to me… I may have to try another sub shop. ?
