Phenomenal service & extraordinarily friendly staff. Was down on my luck having walked 3 days from Fairfield TX all the way to Denton because this is where I'm from...Walked by and something told me to give them a try. Completely felt like I was part of the family immediately & the coffee was amazing. Small structure but huge in hospitality & and a welcoming atmosphere! Highly recommend these guys seriously!!! Honestly a new FAVORITE. Will definitely be back for the Bombs and Quiche (the quiche was so good I forgot to take a picture of it.) and the DELICIOUS variety of flavors of coffee. Delaney and the other workers were great vibe and energy. Totally worth every dollar and a must-go-to if in Denton. ?
Honey lavender iced! Delicious even though I forgot to ask for coconut milk. The coffee cake muffin is also great albeit a bit too hot to handle at first. I will definitely be back.
Denton has no shortage of fantastic coffee shops - Higher Grounds is yet another stunning contribution. All their coffee is great but we have a particular love for their Frappe. Where most coffee shops rely on sweetness and flavorings, Higher Grounds instead allows their high quality coffee itself to remain center stage with the other incredible flavors playing exquisite backup accompaniment.They use very high quality dark roasted coffee. Not burnt tasting at all though.
I have been going to elevated religiously since they opened in Denton. The staff is always SO kind, happy and outgoing. The coffee, smoothies and food are absolutely amazing and can't be beat. One of my favorite local shops in Denton. Can't beat.
I have been a few times and not been disappointed. Coffee, hot chocolate and today tried the quiche cups. They were delicious. Price & quality can’t be beat. Employees are really nice too. You should try it!
I love it here, and come regularly! The coffee is great and all of the staff is so nice. When there's a line it always moves quick and I'm glad to have a local coffee shop which has a drive through.
My over all experience was great and the customer service was amazing but the prices are insane.. I was gonna switch from our families usual Starbucks to elevated but unfortunately Elevated is more expensive. I paid a dollar more for a smaller size than I usually get at Starbucks and it just doesn't make sense to switch.
I ordered a chai latte and my daughter ordered iced peppermint mocha, and we got a chai scone as well. All was really excellent - definitely now our go-to coffee place!
After moving across town I had to find a new coffee shop. Stumbled across this little gem. Workers are friendly, but more importantly their coffee doesn’t taste like burnt beans or dirt water. Their ground are definitely “elevated” and I appreciate that they have a large selection of flavors. Lavender and honey is forever my fav.
