If I could give this domino's 0 stars I would. This establishment is riddled with incompetence, lack of professionalism, and the inability to serve customers in any effective manner. There has not been a single time that I have ordered from this Dominoes' and received what I PAYED for. Time and time again I get nothing but excuses and a lack of accountability for what should be a pretty straight forward process. I will NEVER order from this dominoes again and I think the entire establish should be restructured from top to bottom.
Ordered a 2 topping medium pizza and some bread twists. Ready in 20 min. Fast and friendly service, good food. ?
It's was okay. My pizza barely had any sauce on it. It was very dry. They didn't answer the phone. I finally had to order online.
This Domino's IS THE BEST!! The staff are courteous, food is hot and delicious every time I order from here. Thank you for always doing a great job !!
This place is super busy!! But my pizzas are always hot and they are so kind and are working so hard.
I've been losing faith in pizza places around Denton but the Dominos on Sunset has restored it. I actually drive by the other Dominos in Denton to go to the Sunset location across town. Thanks guys you're the best. Please keep it up.
Ordered at 7:10pm and was told 30-40 min for delivery. Got pizza at 9:15 and cold. Called up there to see what’s going on and was told, “sorry, we will try better next time”.
Aren't the friendliest when you call or order inside. I've tried several times to order online but this store is constantly going offline and won't allow online orders anymore. Very frustrating as you miss out on great specials when you can't order online.
If I could i would rate this location 0 stars.. I called this location to place a delivery order and they took my order Nd processed my payment and then they call me saying that they don’t deliver to my location and won’t give me my money back until 3 days or so. It was there mistake for assuring me that they would deliver my pizza to my address and I spoke to the manager Matt I believe was his name he was also very rude said that they couldn’t do anything to help me to “ go pick it up myself” terrible customer service I would not waste my money on this so called business.
Had a free pizza credit and everything was fine till I took a bite of a piece and then had to pull a six inch long black hair out of my mouth and almost threw up. We just wanted to let them know so they could make sure their cooks are wearing hairnets or pulled back at least. The woman on the phone was very rude and hung up after we told her about it. The app is more helpful than the people and at least will be giving us credit for the other one we ordered.I didn't want anything or be a pain I just wanted the restaurant to know so they could prevent it in the future.
