Hands down the best music venue in North Texas! If you want to experiment live music in Denton you have to go see a show at Dans!
Great small music venue with a nice outside area. Drinks are good, and priced well. Only complaint is that the live music is SO loud. I couldn’t hear the person next to me, even though they were talking directly into my ear. I’d say just turn it down a notch, and the place would be perfect.
Great atmosphere, fun crowd. Can get a little congested inside in certain areas. But fun overall. Definitely recommend for a couple drinks and to hang out with friends
Great entertainment, good beer, and the outside doesn't look like a seedy bar (unlike most of fry street). Every now and then some weirdos show up, but I guess that's just Denton.
Fantastic venue for Denton (and beyond) live music. Great cover bands, and powerful originals. Reasonable prices, delicious drinks, friendly staff. No food but awesome restaurant next door for getting food to take into Dan's. Highly recommend.

Nice staff, good bartenders, clean restrooms. Patio in back w. Big tv live streaming the show. Patio in front as well. The crowd is there to Listen to the performer. Very nice.
