I don't usually go to Dairy Queen. Tonight, Easter evening I had a wonderful experience just because of the gentleman taking my order in the drive-thru. His customer service was like I was at upscale restaurant and I was only in a drive-thru fast food restaurant. He name was Grayson. I hope his company knows how lucky they are to have him, its rare to get this kind of customer service these days. I don't leave reviews normally but I wanted it to be known that he represents Dairy Queen well with his customer service.
Used the drive through, very efficient. The only inconvenience was caused by cash only sign.
Hate to give a bad review cause it's usually pretty good, but last 4 times I have gone my burger is wrong and my fry's are cold. I only get mustard pickle and lettuce, and end up getting no mustard and onions or tomatoes. Might not be a big deal to you but when you live in ponder and drive to Denton to get food it's a hassle to go back.
Probably the slowest location I’ve ever been to in my entire life. 40 minute wait in drive thru for a total of 3 cars.
What could've been a 5 min experience ended up taking nearly 20. Sure they're short staffed but either give some effort or just shut down. None of them are even trying to get things done.
Dairy Queen is the best ice cream in the world to me!! 100 degree day.. great way to beat the heat is to get a Dairy Queen ice cream cone!!
You can't beat Dairy Queen's ice cream. Old fashion taste and it's consistently good.

Absolutely ridiculous set there for 37 minutes waiting on two tickets trip baskets and a kids meal while nine people behind me continue to go will never go back to this one
I like going to DQ. This one was very good. I don't know what grease they use here for their fries. But I could have eaten a double batch. The batch they gave me was a very good portion. The double burger I had was loaded up also and very good. Service was very good also. Wish I was closer to go often.
