Worse experience every single time. I have a video of being cussed out by your employees that also refused to give me any manager number and does not answer the phone.
I went in the store today and had a complaint about the peanut buster parfait. I was treated so rude, I asked to speak to a manager and the team lead came and said that they don't know who the manager is, which was unbelievable.I also asked for their names for a complaint and they refused to give me names. One in the dining room was very sarcastic when I told her that I'm going to make a complaint. I love dairy cream but this particular restaurant have very rule employees. This happen on June the 4th I believe second shift employees.
I was waiting in line at the drive through to make an order but apparently no one was taking orders through the speaker so we patiently waited till we got the window. We then tapped on the window and ultimately opened the window to get someone to take our order. It was obvious the person was wearing earphones and listening to music.No wonder they couldn't take orders. I mentioned that she might want pay better attention and she started screaming at me. I asked for my money back and then left.Horrible service, rude staff. Never going back.Drove to the sonic ten feet away. Better service, better people.
Terrible service. Just a bunch of rude teens who obviously don’t care about their jobs. Had me pull into a parking spot to wait for my food (I was the only person in line) and then forgot to bring it to me. 20 mins later I walked in and it was just sitting there behind the counter. The lady was rude when I asked for it. Go to a different dq
Slow pace but friendly staff. Very laid back atmosphere. Place looks like it hasn't been renovated since the early 80s. Old equipment. There is a bullet hole in one window, kinda looks like it was fired from inside - I would love to know the story on that!
Good food at decent price. The girls at the counter are nice. The seating is not real good if youre big. The tables are close to the seat and they are permanent.
Worse, and I do mean the very worse, vanilla malt EVER! Don't understand how you can mess up a vanilla malt, but they sure did succeed!
Got something I didn't order, disappointed. ? One thing, everything is made as you order so it takes a longer time but its Always fresh and hot.
I don't mind exposing this DQ..this is a must read . I will Karry this one out!Drive thru. At the pay window you can see inside worker area where ice ?& ice cream sandwiches are made.there was a young man with corded phone ear plugs making an ice cream sandwich putting it in sleeves several times with no gloves on. Then I didn't see his phone laying on the supposedly clean counter where his ear plugs were connected to phone and after ( probly b4 as well ) he pick his nasty phone up and carried it to the front on another counter after handling food. YUK YUK Somebody call the health dept b4 we all get ? sick. Needless to say I drove off - not sorry DQ- get it together and stop the spread that's nasty!It's really sad that a great establishment can get run in the ground by lazy rebellious non conformist young people that don't accept proper clean and dirty protocols that the health dept put in place for public safety is denied. & ignored. by lazy, rebellious , & downright discriminatory of proper hygiene, to keep everyone safe, rather than what seems to be more important than all us paying to keep them a job, or the doors open. While he listening to their phone on the job and not wearing gloves or mask when handling food then continuously moving the phone bare handed while serving food to the public. That's not acceptable & ?Dude you are Nasty. Find a dirty job where that behavior is acceptable. You are putting the public at risk of sickness and disease because of your non compliance to follow rules that was set in place for public safety. But hey your manager doesn't seem to mind other wise your be gone. Somebody from CORPERATE needs to clean house at the 288 location in North TX.Dang I was hungry as he'll for DQ & dessert.The hope is.. There's always Braums no wait...better yet make your own.The truth is there are no moral compass for most low paying food establishment employees or anywhere there are young entitled mentality workers. You run the risk. I'm just thankful I seen it to be able to not partake.See it or not it's happen everywhere. Be safe.Hopefully they will clean it up. I hope I saved some lives or sickness.
Stopped for lunch to go . I told them no mustard lol I got extra mustard . Tried to call with no answer . Told them I wanted only Mayo and ketup I got only mustard the one thing I’m allergic to . Will not be going back ..
