The food is good. But it feels like your at Disneyland... In a bad way. From the gift shop to the dinning room it is super packed. Overall the food is good, but not worth the packed in like sardines vibe... It's a no.The staff is nice but again it feels so canned.

The food and service was excellent! It was pretty crowded, considering the time we arrived that was expected.The biggest disappointment was the clearance section...I usually find several things to buy from the clearance area but it was bare!! Very sad to see that at this time of the year!

Be ready for the bait and switch. I got the Grandma's sampler. Comes with 2 hotcakes, 2 eggs, bacon, sausage, ham AND hashbrowns according to the waitress AND the writing on the menu. THEY CHARGED EXTRA FOR THE HASHBROWNS. Those were supposed to be included in the price. That is plain and simple FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!!!
We eat a lot of Cracker Barrel when traveling. Their food is consistent and they have gluten free options for my wife. We found this restaurant to be par with our expectations for food quality and service.We do stop here several times a year passing through so we have familiarity with this restaurant. The food was good, the service was good, and our overall experience was good. We will continue to stop here during our excursions.I typically have the daily special and my wife eats the fried catfish. We've had great luck with this restaurant.
Amazing food! Amazing store omg I literally want everything in the store! The employees were extremely nice and helped my husband and I the moment we walked in. The waitress that took our order was quick and super nice and helpful. I love everything about this place and their employees. Will absolutely be going back
On Jan 12, 2022 I went to this Cracker Barrel to eat with my wife and the food was horrible. Order the boneless chicken breast and a hamburger. The chicken was so dry and the steak burger was greasy. The green beans were cold and the mash potatoes were cold and dry. I didnt said anything because you never know what could happen if the food is taken back and then is replaced w something else. Hopefully management will correct this issue. Forgot to take pics
Beyond EXCELLENT.We stopped at this store on the way to Oklahoma from Dallas. We went in and were warmly welcomed by 3 co-workers. We were seated and got waited on fairly quickly. Candy (Candace) was our waitress she Has worked for Cracker Barrel for 22 years!! That’s a person the loves her job.She came to our table and got our drink orders. . She noticed the pill I had sitting on the table and said she would bring bread so I could take my medicine. Super attentive.It was a little warm in the restaurant and the manager on duty saw that and turned down the air. Who does that!! We had a great experience and even found some extra things in the general store.Thank you Cracker Barrel for making our Christmas vacation even better.
