Literally nothing on the buffet for over 30mins besides 1 pizza. Waited forever for pasta. We came for a friend's son's birthday since it is his favorite place. Kids were upset and ruined his birthday.
My son wanted cicis for his birthday. Brought a group of kids, spent $60 total for no pizza or pasta or desserts on the line. Asked about noodles and was told 6 minutes. 15 minutes later they said another 10. This is sad. Very sad.
Worst experience ever. The place is dirty and the manager is incompetent. I was over charged and when I asked for a refund the manager jumped in and started taking our cups and throwing them in the trash. Apparently I was unable to use a paper cup seeing their dishes were dirty. Shut this place down.
Visited here last week. We came about 45 mins after they had opened. Buffett was a little on the lean side, but we guess they were doing so on purpose to keep the food warm and fresh. Someone went up to the counter to request a specialty pizza, and someone I assumed to be the manager says loudly from the back "I can't hear you over this noise" to the customer. Not very friendly or professional... Pizza was on par for a CiCi's.
This cc is clean. The bathrooms are also very clean. I will say there’s usually a lot of people here at this location. The pizza is good -the dessert is better. ;$
I went inside the store, and waited for two minutes to see if one out of six employees could potentially help me at the counter to simply pay for a buffet. I was the only customer in line.Two of them were fixing something near the front door, one of them was sitting at a table, and three others were at the kitchen. All of them noticed me, and none gave a care in the world. I said nothing, and left the store. Even as I left the store, the employees didn't utter a sound.I understand that customer service is a thing of the past, but at the very least, pretend that you care about the customer's needs for half a second.
I don't know what happens this place. It used to be pretty good. I was here 45 minutes and they never brought out any dessert pizzas until 10 mins after I requested it. The cinnamon rolls never came out. A very minimal selection a pizzas.
CLEAN YOUR TABLES!!! first time in a while I've ever walked in here and after I got ready to sit down, I noticed every available table was not clean. It's 11:30am and the early lunch / brunch comes at this hour! This is absolutely unacceptable!!!
They ran out of plates while we were there, and we could hear the manager yelling in the back. I had fun tho. I like a little drama with my meal.
Good enough for a cicis, they were cranking out pizzas pretty quickly and were busy but keeping tables bussed and ready to go.
