Ordered food for pickup. It was wrong. Tried to call the restaurant. Apparently they now have a horrible bot that makes you answer a bunch of questions that then directs you to the website or to send them an email. If they screw up your stuff I expect to be able to get them to fix it with minimum hassle and maximum speed. They no longer do that apparently. I've been a loyal customer of Chipotle and eaten many hundreds of burritos over the last several years. I had sworn off the Corinth location after they told me I couldn't get sweet tea in the drive thru pick-up and they wouldn't refund it. Now I'm done with Chipotle entirely.
Stuck in the Chipotlelane, can’t leave and literally have been sitting here now for 50 minutes and there are still 5 vehicles in front of me. Wish I could cancel my order but can’t leave anyway. My order will probably be half empty because of all the ppl. This is crazy. Never again. It’s Friday evening, why aren’t there more ppl working? Or stop taking online orders if you’re backed up.
The last two times I’ve eaten from Chipotle on Loop 288, I’ve gotten sick. No more Chipotle for me.
Again completely disappointed. Been about about 6 months since I was last in. Dinner time 7pm. No chicken, no steak, bottom of dish grilled veggies. Grill isn't going, people standing around, or "taking breaks" where is management? How are you not prepared for the dinner rush? Same song every time. I don't fault the emplees because their is obviously no management leading them.
I order for seven people and it took them one and a half hour for my food get ready it was pick afternoon time and only 4 people working the line inside was long and to go orders was on fire the kitchen crash never waited so long and I need to said Adios Chipotle never again order on line they do first the order to the customers on line that the ones thru the phone.Do not offer a service can’t be done and manager don’t leave your staff of young people left behind they was lost with so many orders to go and long line at the restaurant. I now because I used to have a restaurant and those poor employees was lost Kitchen Crash. Place was dirty they did not have time for that ?loop 288 never again
This location was a unique experience. The staff rush you to order, but move super slowly while they make it. Our table still had a mess on it from the previous people, and there were no Tabasco bottles available.
Once it was our turn to order we were not greeted the girl just stood there . There was 3 staff working 1 register and what appeared to be the cook just standing in the back leaned over the counter watching. When the girl wrapped my burrito she literally rolled it into a ball until all the stuff oozed out and it was as if she did it on purpose but rolled my bfs just fine . Once I got to the register I asked one male for a new tortilla since she busted mines I asked the other male was he the manager he said yes one of them I said is there a reason you have that girl working the entire line by her self he said because they were dealing with something else . I said well no one is helping her and she’s obviously frustrated because she’s making food horrible messy . The manager didn’t say nothing just stood there after we paid wouldn’t even give us our receipt we had to ask and he was hesitant to give it to us then come to find out they charged us for guacamole and we did not get guacamole. The food was good MESSY but good customer service very poor.( Pictured is my busted open burrito and the new tortilla under it)
Came in today for my first ever pickup order from chipotle and man was the staff rude they ignored me for quite a while and then finally one of them directed me to my order name on the bag facing a wall.They forgot the chips and salsa and instead of my large drink I got a small cup.Management please have a talk with your staff about courtesy and order accuracy I’m not driving back to get the chips and guacamole but I shouldn’t have to pay for your mistake either!On a side note I ordered two burrito bowls each had about 6 pieces of meat in them come on now you can do better than this!!Wake up!!
While this restaurant has one of the tastiest add-ons ever (the corn salsa), as well as some to-die-for meats (the chicken is my fave), they have definite quality control issues. Even when ordering double meat, the meat content of most items still tends to feel lacking. It's also the case that you'll usually get a burrito with contents clumped together, instead of spread out. And they pack these things full of rice when you ask for rice. Contrarily, if you try leaving rice off of the item, you simply get a much less filled burrito. This used to be a 4-star experience, but it's more than obvious that their employees have been instructed to save money by loading in more of the cheaper items wherever possible.
The service is typically great usually don’t have much complaints but this time around I found a bug in my lettuce and I just wish y’all would find a better way of cleaning the lettuce
