So it pains me to give this kind of rating but I ordered their big bbq bacon burger. (Its a giant double burger)I asked for only 1 slice of cheese and a patty on side plain for my dogs. Mind you I normally order the sw egg rolls and chicken enchilada soup, never disappoints. Anyway, I wanted a burger. Huge mistake not only did they put cheese on the side patty, the BBQ sauce was off putting. After 2 or 3 bites I was done and still hungry. 2 stars because my dogs liked it and had their fill w both patties and soft bacon. I peeled the cheese off.Now Go get your grub on or NOT.

I am beyond baffled at how this review has 4 stars. My wife and I called in an order, got here to pickup, and she's been in there for atleast 15 minutes now. Terrible establishment. No order. Rude service. On a Tuesday.Literally, 20 minutes later, They charged my card twice and are now "having trouble" refunding my order. And had the audacity to ask if I still wanted the order. Absolute joke.
We had the family(5+baby) out. Our server was nice but seemed to busy to refill our drinks and it wasn't crazy busy. The food was good. I liked it but would hate to see the service when it's busy.
I used to frequent this restaurant but don't go that direction much anymore. However, this might be worth the detour! Good food and great service!
Staff members are great, sometimes though they can mess up your order but we're all humans, we all make mistakes, the food is great, and great for the kids because they have kids menus with activities and a little tablet you can use to play games although it does come at a price ( around $4.00)
We went to Chili's for lunch. Went to the bathroom before being seated, so cold in there. Another lady customer also mentioned how cold it was. Went to the hostess area and was seated. The table was dirty. We mentioned the table was dirty. The lady cleaned it off. Waiter came over took drink orders. 2 of us ordered water without ice and one ordered coffee. We decided to move because the vent was blowing so hard on us we moved to another booth. The floor under the booth had food and paper under it. Nasty. Got our food. I put my hood up over my head to keep from freezing. A couple came in was seated in the booth we were originally in. After a few moments they got up and moved to anouther table. Then sat down and then got up and left which is what I wished we did. I don't like doing bad reviews but I also think if you open for business the restaurant should be clean and comfortable.
The food was good and plentiful. Staff was friendly. Was seated right away, but it took a little too long to get our food after we ordered (about 25-30 minutes)
Great service at Chili's and the food was great too! Our server's name was Cynthia and she is the absolute best! Everyone is friendly and if you sign up for Chili's rewards, you can get free chips and salsa or a non-alcoholic drink for free! Their ceasar salad is pretty good and so are their ribs and cajun pasta as well as their burgers. Today I had Chicken and Waffle Crispers and they were okay. This dish is particularly for a person who likes to try new things and likes adventure and spontaneity. The chipotle sauce that came with this dish was too sweet for my liking, as well as the waffles alone. I think I will just stick to my usual Cajun Pasta next time! Overall, wonderful service and yummy food.
I haven't been to chili's in years. This Def changed that!!! Chex was an Amazing server and Katie, the manager, both came through with some awesome customer service that left us feeling really good! Great experience with my little man and just what we needed!!!
