This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at this Chili's. When my daughter and I was seated, our waitress came over to the table to get our drink order. After we received our drinks we let her know that we didn't want any appetizers, just entrees and our drinks. So she told us she'll be back in a few minutes, but it took almost 10 minutes before she returned. We were getting up to leave when finally she returned with a nasty attitude. I let her know that we were about to leave. So we decided to stay. I really wish we didn't. When we received our food the ribs were ok, but my the rice was a joke. My side were loaded mashed potatoes and rice. The rice was just put on the sheet that the ribs were on. I was like What is this? Why would you put potatoes in a small bowl but not rice? Completely Unsanitary and Doesn't Look Good. From the rudeness of the Waitress and the disappointment in the food. I Definitely will Not be returning to this location. If there was a way that I could leave No Star I would.
Food was good. Service was excellent. Atmosphere was appealing. Liked that staff cleaned with rolled paper rather than a towel that's cleaned how many tables. Staff picked up dirty plates/cups timely. Fabulous street corn!!
Loved the food and the servers. It is so difficult to get good service in Denton anymore. But this Chili's staff was kind and friendly, efficient, professional AND the food was fresh and delicious ? look forward to going back.
We love everything at this Chili’s except the manager who lets it be known he is extremely liberal and is a coward who has a waitress do his dirty work for him. Everyone should able to have their own political opinion even if it differs from the manager. He is allowed his and others should be allowed theirs. Do not discriminate based on political views
Overall it was an outstanding experience. Our server, Rachel was extremely attentive without being overbearing and got my very complicated order completely correct. Also, we had an opportunity to visit with the manager who was a very pleasant woman with short blonde hair. She was active in the dining room, and was helping the servers as well as taking time to visit with guests. The atmosphere was a Chili's, but the people were outstanding. Great job, y'all!

Please don't change your menu like some of the other locations. Dinner with my family was delicious. We traveled a long way to have a wonderful family dinner with all of our favorite menu favorites ? ❤
The food is good but not the cleanest. The top rail above our table didn't look like it had been cleaned in days or possibly weeks (pictured). The bathroom was really bad. Not sure the urinal had been wiped down in some time and I think the side of the trash can in the stall had...well let's just say brown spots. I didnt look closely. Could have been rust but still not appealing to look at.
It was an awesome experience for me and my family . Jaci was very attentive and friendly . Food was awesome service was superb. I’ll definitely go there again with family and friends!
Really good food! I got this Cajun chicken pasta and my husband got steak fajitas and everything was awesome! Everything cooked perfectly! You get quite a bit of food for a fair price! Waitress was very nice, friendly & brought my order out to my car pretty quickly!And also!!! This has nothing to do with the service but the waitress actually spelled my name right without me even telling her! That's a 1st lolGreat place, excellent customer service! I just love everything about this place and would absolutely recommend dining here
