Back again, idk why, but surprise surprise another awful review...THIS Place SUCKS!!!! How does drive thru get their food faster than ordering thru the app 10-15 mins before I even arrive to the store, literally makes no sense and is a serious question that needs to be answered... Has happened the only 2 times I have visited this location...
When a customer orders a cobb Salad on doordash, the menu description of this item says the salad comes with advacodo lime ranch dressing.. unfortunately. This location never puts it in the bag so your stuck with no dressing for your salad. I contacted a rude member of the management staff who made every kind of excuse he could think of instead of fixing it. I see I'm not the only person with this complaint. I'm very dissapointed at this location.
I ordered two Spicy Southwest Chicken Salads through the mobile app, and they forgot to include the Avocado Lime Dressings that normally come with them, which is the most important part of the salad. I basically feel like I wasted $20 on these, and when I called to complain, they said there was nothing they could do because of the 'price' of the salad. No compensation or anything. I could drive back up to the restaurant to get the dressings, but I don't really feel like inconveniencing myself and spending more gas on a mistake they made. Instead, I'm inconveniencing myself by writing this review due to their poor customer service.I normally don't have these kinds of issues ordering at Chick Fil A, so I guess it's just this location that doesn't have their priorities straight.
Worst experience.. i would not even give them a star y fries were hard as a rock I asked for ketchup, ranch, and mayo and forks for my fruit cups l. There was nothing in the bag and I asked the employee ID the sauces were in the bag she said yes. I called the restaurant the girl that answers said I needed to go back with the fries to get a replacement or a refund for 4 medium fries. It’s ridiculous how bad this people are trained. Never going back to this location.
Chickfila employee delivered my food and spilled drinks and left them there. Photo of 20 minutes after still. Then i call 3 times no response and i left a voicemail. This Chickfila is a disappointment. Go to other ones that are better. Also took forever to top it off.
I been come in chick Fil A a lot the time , some time twice a day but I’m very disappointed with the lady her name Bethany with 4 eyes, she is very very rude and racist ,this the second time she do this to me. I ordered the chicken trip at lunch time and wait so long for my food come out over 15 minutes but didn’t receive I’m very upset about this and I asked about this and she was said no one order chicken trip that why they didn’t make it , that ridiculous answer , if lunch time chick fil a didn’t make chicken trip what they make for lunch to service customer? Chick-fil-A company need to fired Bethany , or your need retraining her for how to be nice to customer, all people very nice to work in Chick-fil-A but only this lady make your business look bad ,
They were awesome! The service was very quick and very kind. The food was also perfectly executed. I would totally eat here again
So I hate to do this but over the last several months I’ve visited this location 3-4 times. The people in the drive threw were horribly rude not even a greeting how hard is hello when I’ve already said it? Also expecting me to know what I want before i even see the menu and being rude when they have to go get a paper one for me to look at? Fine let me order at the box then and keep your rude people away from me. Alas... this last time was the final and I feel it Necessary to warn off anyone who visits here. I ordered online to buy my coworker breakfast my card was charged 3 times over drafting me I called the store to be told the order had already been cancelled so now I have no money and no chicken I was told the manager would contact me as soon as they arrived (by now it was almost 1030) but that call never came I’m still waiting on my refund but as of now chick fil a stole my money and then won’t call me back. Go anywhere else and spare your self from giving your hard earned money to a place that clearly dose not care about the customers or the community they serve. No customer service no business .

Delicious array of tasty menu items served in ample quantities and prepared to satisfy the appetite of even the most discerning customer.Excellent staff at most locations, with an unfortunate few who deviate from the highly professional customer service reputation.A recommendation for the southern districts would be to up their draw from competition in two major ways. 1. Be consistent with your Military, Veteran, 1st Responder and Senior discounts which are generally bested by your competition.2. Offer Texas Toast with Chicken Strip meals.These two points deprive your rating and increase my interest in the competition for obvious reasons.
