We went to the drive thru to get our mobile order it was 4 sandwiches, 2 fries, and a Mac n cheese, and 2 drinks. Got home and was missing one of the sandwiches I therefore had to drive back to go get my sandwich I didn’t already get, told the young at the register about it, he was very friendly and gave me another one as expected. I guess I just feel like I should of been at least offered something for free since it was the workers mess up, and I paid for the food and had to drive back through university traffic….
We're already aware how professionally run Chick-fil-A in general is but wow, this location! It had been too long so we had to go again. They were as usual crazy busy comparatively to other food places when we went both recent visits. 1st visit we went inside and the 2nd we did drive thru. The employees were very professional and helpful, fast and accurate. It was genuinely impressive how quickly we received our food on both visits, literally 3 minutes and we had our delicious sandwiches. We already recommend Chick-fil-A but after our visit here recently we strongly recommend this location. We want to say thank you to the staff here, seriously well done guys!
The reviews are definitely fake. Sound very scripted. I’ve never been to a chick fil a with little to know customer service until I found this location. They have attitudes. They don’t do substitutions if they don’t feel like it. And the drive thru line is A MESS!!! If they’re busy please have 25 minutes to spare.
The drive thru line was a mess and not designed well. It blocks traffic and definitely wasn't thought out or planned well. The employees were not as friendly and happy as you expect from most Chickfila restaurants. Not my favorite location but the food was just as good as other locations. I hated seeing so many employees wearing dirty nasty mask over their face. Theose can't be hygienic or healthy, if they look that dirty I can only imagine how much bacteria is built up inside. Nasty...
Food is good, but that’s expected with big franchises. I was in this drive through one time and someone said I cut them in line, when I didn’t. The workers said I had to loop around the building again. I decided to leave. Recently someone cut me in line, and I told the workers and they let her stay in line just told her to not do it again next time. Should keep the rules equal for everyone. Not just make me, a young handsome Mexican man, have to get back in line for that.
This is the worst Chik fil A. Avoid at all costs. They have no sense of managing traffic and lines. Depends on who is out there is when they decide to even care about how the lines are set up the lines correctly. Longest waits, and They don’t even greet you they just take your order and take next customer.
2.19 -- Condiments we forgotten AGAIN. The chicken also tasted very old. Honestly I'm not sure it was still good even though the date on the salad itself said it was good through the next day.Jan -- Salads are getting more and more expensive and still, things are forgotten. I didn't get blue chess AGAIN!
This is not the place to go before work and quickly pick up breakfast, actually it’s always like this at any time of day, I gave two stars bc the food is usually good but this time in the drive thru needs some help.Twenty minutes is too long.
Has the doctor been telling you to eat more chicken and less red meat?Try Chic-fil-a.Wonderfully friendly and helpful employees.Good food.Fried chicken tenders and sandwiches.Grilled chicken tenders and sandwiches and two types of chicken soup.
My issue isn't with the food, its the lack of training the employees get. A few times I have been there in my old truck, they have leaned on my truck with their utility belts and the ipad they take the order on. A little over a month ago, I was driving my wife's brand new car, and the girl leaned on it and scratched the drivers door with her little belt. I reached out to them, tried to call and couldnt get thru, sent a message through FB and havent heard so much as an apology, and it has been over a month. Pretty bad to be scratching people's vehicles due to carelessness, especially when your only option is drive thru.
