Pancakes were light and fluffy great quick breakfast. We need one of these stores in Pilot Point. Great little refrigerator section with fresh fruit, salad fixing, milk, meat, eggs and of course ice cream.
I was deeply disappointed with this particular location. My first time visiting this location and likely my last! The French fries were both salted and peppered....not Braum's recipe so I do not know what to make of that.The chocolate shake I ordered was extra thick and extra chocolatey....what I received was gross, neither thick, nor chocolatey. It was oddly syrupy and overly sweet, but NOT chocolatey.It also had ice crystals on it which tells me they aren't storing or handling their hand-dip containers of ice cream!
Customer service at its worse. Serving cold food and no apology. There everyday for early breakfast but will look elsewhere until management can correct.
I walked to this place during an ice storm while stuck at an adjacent hotel. I was so glad they were open and I had a great experience. The staff was very helpful, the dining area was super clean and the food was excellent. I had a burger, a shake and some fries and enjoyed it all very much. They sell milk and ice cream grocery style as well. Highly recommended!
We took our granddaughter here for lunch on a weekend day. They were busy as is usual but managed to meet every expectation we had. I love the customer service at this store. The young man whom I believe is the Lead or Manager is always moving and working right alongside his colleagues. This is the best Braums around.
It's a good place to get your sweet tooth fix, and their food isn't too bad either, the chili is good.
First off this location could teach the other one off of Teasley and 35 a few things. The customer service is great, very friendly, speedy and the order was CORRECT the first time! I ordered the four cheese burger add mustard. It was hot and fresh..with added mustard. Will definitely be back to this location.
Customer service is bad staring with Joy at the Drive thru and his 4 eyes diva attitude which he should have left it at the S4 in Dallas. To Lola who didn’t pay attention to the order I had to put in again since Mr diva had deleted the order, after I told him that I was going inside the store to pick it up since he had a hard time listening or understanding the fact that I wanted one of the ice creams in a cup not a cone. ?
As much as I love the food here I can only give 4 stars because I've had too many encounters where I'll get the grilled chicken combo and the patty will be half the size of the bread, or with this location only I'll order ez ice on the beverage and they will fill it to the brim with ice.Other than that food is great and sorry I couldn't leave 5 stars
