Quick service. My complaint is about the malts and shakes. The website says made from any flavor in the case meaning regular ice cream. My 2 were made with soft serve ice. Might not seam like a big deal but to the old school ice cream lovers the consistency is different. Also my malt didn't have much malt in it, so it basically tasted like a shake.
Usually enjoy my stop at this Braum's, but this last visit was horrible.......with exception that the ice cream is ALWAYS AMAZING!!! Customer service was missing on a number of fronts.......kids weren't trained on register to modify meals, all items took excessively long wait times to receive and there were like flies all over the restaurant!!!! Either install a better zapper system or develop something to combat the flies better.....GEESH!!!
I absolutely have loved Braum's; they treat you like your friends or family. It's such an amazing opportunity for you to go in & do a little Grocery Shopping done as you wait for your order. It's a wonderful experience & really shines on you. Go & try a Peanut Parfait(sorry spelling is not to good right now.) Make sure to join the program as you can get free items as you collect your points or specials for you. The last thing is that you don't have to pay $20 to be a member It's free to join & again you have an opportunity to where you can use your points for so many different things. It is amazing.
As a small girl I went to braums with my family and it was a good place to play. As an adult, this place is the only thing that brings me joy.No one has ice cream quite like braums, the texture is extremely Smooth with unique flavors. And you can bet nobody has prices quite the same either. They don't charge much for a little peice of creamy heaven.Even though heaven doesn't exist.So to anyone who may not have been to a braums just yet, please come. Try the cherries, pecan, and cream. Make sure to get an extra scoop... it doesn't Even cost a dollar more. If you have a dollar with the way inflation is going...
That have banana-nut bread ice cream! I had a malt made with it and was taken right back to my childhood! Love this place! Simple. Clean. Quality. Good service. Consistent.
Long lines, but worth the wait. It doesn't matter if it's ice cream or food, these folks bust their tails to crank out great burgers and deserts in a timely manner. They are machines. Never had a wrong order. They set the bar for fast food.
Braum's serves up some seasonal specials! I just had the Triple Berry Peach Sundae. 3 Cakes, 3 Scoops of Peach Ice cream, Strawberry and Whipped cream and cherry on top! My server was 6oung and new. She didn't know how to make the Sundae, but she hung in there and made it on the fly and it was good!
Watch your order! I ordered a brownie sundae and didn't specify a size. They put a double on there when really a single would have been plenty for my wife. Order taker took it upon themselves to complete my.order. when I brought it up to the person at the second window they offered to give me a single, but not refund the money! Oh and my fries were cold and had no salt on them.
Horrible customer service. I wanted to treat my family to some food after having being in the hospital all night. Even with a receipt, they treated me like I was begging for food that I paid for.Gave me watery shakes and then remade some of them and when I confronted them about not making ALL of them, they gave me a junior size and accused me of lying about the size I was supposed to get. I went over the receipt with the manager and she backed them until I proved that I was being honest.Even when she did apologize, she only apologized for their system screen not matching the receipt that I got. They forgot the added bacon I asked for on two burgers and had an attitude when I asked them to add it, as if I didn’t already pay for it.Nothing was done to rectify the problem except finally admitting that I was being honest/correct about my complaint the entire time. I have never been disrespected to this extent before. I spent 55 dollars to be treated like they did me a favor. Do NOT visit if you want to get what you paid for. In the end, I decided it wasn’t even worth it and let them keep the shake that I should’ve gotten. Horrible horrible horrible (Allianna was the name of the manager I spoke with )
The person at the register was amazing and sweet. Our food came out within 5 minutes and the atmosphere was great.
