First let me say, I love your food! However, today wasn’t a pleasant dining experience.Burgers were overdone, when we told the waitress they were not cooked how we ordered them she started to get an attitude with us. And then brought back burgers that had been fixed. But your waitress (Chloe) checked on us one time during our dining experience. She was sitting in the back of the restaurant on her phone the entire time. My friend had to call her over 3 times when we needed assistance. Because of this we did not tip the waitress. She simply was not doing her job. When we paid our bill she saw the ticket and saw there was no tip, she walked to the back of the restaurant to what I’m assuming is the manager and was yelling that we were mad, and that we did not tip her. Loud enough we heard her at the front of the restaurant. The entire restaurant saw and heard what she was saying about me and my friend in a VERY unprofessional manner. I went to back of the restaurant to explain to her why we did not tip her. she started yelling at me, that the tip is how she makes her money. And I wanted her to understand that if you don’t do your job you do not get a tip. She was very disrespectful, and said that respect is earned and not given and the manager of the store was right next to me the whole time as well. Chloe was a terrible waitress and extremely unprofessional. She gave your establishment a very bad look today in front of all the other customers in the restaurant yelling and arguing with me about her tip. I respect the work waitresses do, but I do not respect a waitress who spends the entire time sitting down, on her phone instead of tending to the customers, Or cleaning the establishment. Chloe was very disrespectful and unprofessional. I am 69 years old, I have been in the restaurant business for 37 years. And I have never encountered a waitress with such a poor attitude and poor work ethic and that had the audacity to embarrass customers because of her poor service.
My husband and I had a nice time here. It is pretty small inside and you seat yourself. It is more of a bar atmosphere. We ordered cheese nachos, cheeseburger, and onion rings. They were all pretty good. Our server was very attentive even tho we could tell she was very busy, she still made sure we were doing good. Overall we had a nice experience.
I haven't been to this establishment in person, but ordered food from here via door dash this evening. The food delivered was absolute garbage. The food came doggy, cold, and undercooked. If restaurants want to stay relevant and use food delivery services for additional business, they need to learn that the food they deliver needs to be properly cooked and packaged to be delivered fresh and hot. I have been using delivery services for a few years and I can honestly say that his was one of the worst attempts from any restaurant I have used through the services. There is zero chance I would even give this place another attempt either in person or through delivery. Do yourself a favor and choose another place.
Great place to have a beer during the day.Decent pricing all around, great domestic pitcher prices.Idk if it's just the times I've been there but I'd love some boxing/MMA on the TV's.
My first time visiting and the food and service was great. My family and I will definitly be back. My recommendation would be to have a greeter at the door for when customers walk in or readable signage near the entrance informing if its open seating or wait to be seated.
Great service. Cold beer and good food. Staff changed the TV for the game we wanted to watch and put the sound over head for us. Had a fun time.
Ordered on line for pick up. I live two blocks away. Wings were cold and out of 10 just one drummie. Girl behind the bar more interested in her phone than the customer. Just disappointing for sure.
Got to see my favorite cute red headed bartender he always has an awesome attitude, friendly, always smiling. The food was fantastic Brisket nachos, grilled chicken/bell peppers/fries covered with cheese queso. I love the NEW LOOK of the place, the new bigger bar counter and bar area looks great everything wasVery clean. Thanks for a great job
I always come in for DRINKS and try to give them a chance on food. The bartender is cool, I sat at a table server didn’t help me so went to the bar. The food is always oh my god the wings I could see the bones on all of them, barley no meat, cutting my mouth from the hard stuff on the wings. I was tipsy so didn’t care to complain, plus it’s not the bartenders fault. 100% cooks and managements.
I tried the southwest egg rolls and banana pudding from here and OMG they were sooo delicious, I’m obsessed. But I was very disappointed with the Nashville chicken sandwich, it was so bland, no salt whatsoever. It just tasted like chicken covered in paprika. Looks delicious but very tasteless. Still recommend this place cause everything else was a hit and tasted so good.
