Stopped in for dinner and they looked busy but the wait was only 10 minutes! We got the spicy cowboy, the Hawaii, the American dream and the temptation roll, all awesome! Also got habachi!Definitely stop in.
Found Blue Ginger via Google. Ordered the Salmon & Dragon rolls along w/Hibachi chicken & shrimp. The chefs didn't prepare the food table side however, we still enjoyed the food, service & atmosphere. The staff even gave roses to Mother's in honor of Mother's Day which I thought was a very sweet gesture.
This is disappointing to write but 1 bad experience can ruin many good experiences quickly.Blue Ginger and their staff really dropped the ball today.We had a fairly large order in store to go, 5 rolls, and a few entrees.The staff was very busy, on their phones.And as a result, we suffered.Missing food is always a dinner spoiler.At first they seemed to want to help but seemed determined to tell us we were wrong, that in fact they sent us the chicken we ordered, when they sent us sushi rolls. This seemed to be a point of contention. I attached a picture of what they call chicken, you decide.After waiting 30 mins for a simple 10 min drive that they offered, we called just to check in since more than chicken was missing.Yet another argument ensured over what they sent. It took 45 mins to get 1/2 of what was missing.Its good till its not and finding another sushi place won't be hard. I hope they get better so we can come back again.
I brought the family here for my wife's birthday. We called ahead so the wait was very short. The place is smaller than I expected but the service is very quick and friendly. The food we ordered was great and we will be back. My only minor complaint was I did think the rolls that we ordered seemed small for the price compared to some other restaurants but I have to admit they were delicious. We are looking forward to eating here again.
Great food great service, what they lack in ambience they make up for with great food. Always fresh and presented well.

This is was my first time trying this hibachi and im typically really picky about what i eat but this place did not disappoint me! i really enjoyed every bit of it the veggies were nice and seasoned and along with the shrimp being one of the best shrimps i’ve ever eaten. I recommend this place and i will be eating again.
This is a good hibachi and sushi restaurant with an extensive menu. Everyone should be able to find a selection to be happy with here. We ordered hibachi meals with shrimp and chicken along with sushi and sashimi. Everything was tasty and the presentation was nice for the sushi / sashimi. The price is reasonable, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a pleasant dining experience.

Ordered the Awesome Roll and Salmon Teriyaki Bento Box. Awesome it was!! Amazing!! Flint was a fantastic server. Food was delicious. It was our fourth time here and we will be back. I'm glad we found a reasonable priced place to get our Japanese food!! $10.95 for a lunch steak bento box. $9.75 for the delicious Mucho Luco or Awesome roll, highly recommended!!
My wife went here the other day and dined in. The inside is small and the wait was around 30 mins for us on a Friday, but that is to be expected in a place this small and apparently, popular. We got the shrimp hibachi dish, the shrimp crunchy roll, the on the border roll, the gyoza, and the spring rolls. The hibachi came with a salad and soup. The salad was simple but tasty. My wife ate the miso soup and said it was good. The gyoza was good. The spring rolls were fine, but were probably the worst thing we ate. That doesnt mean they were bad, just not as good as the other stuff was. The shrimp hibachi was good. The shrimp were a bit over cooked but still very nice. The best things we ate here were the two rolls. They were both really good. Some of the best rolls I have had. The service was very nice as well. Overall we really enjoyed it and are excited to go back and try the teriyaki and some of the other rolls.
