Good food, but overpriced. I recently had a Doordash delivery experience at this location go completely off the rails in a way that was completely alien to me. The location couldn't fulfill part of my order, so I let the driver know it was okay to leave it off the order instead of having them fulfill with a substitution. They wouldn't work with the driver though, and I had to call the location, then wait for a manager to verify I was the customer, and didn't want a substitution. This took roughly 20 minutes of time away from the delivery driver, and caused our food to arrive (how can I put this kindly?) less than fresh. At $20 a plate, you'd think their processes wouldn't be so antiquated, but you'd be wrong. Their prices have nearly doubled in the last year. Their menu is too extensive, yet they've also removed some amazing things from it (such as the pulled pork sandwich). They aren't keeping their online menus updated (clearly). It's probably still a great place to go into for a fun, dining & drinking experience, albeit an expensive one. But I'll now actively be avoiding a restaurant I once raved about.
Didn't have a great experience at all. My family loves the restaurants but the service we received at this location was terrible. None of us ever got a refill, the root beer we did get was not well carbonated and it was obvious their CO2 hadn't been checked in awhile. The server, a young man with a piercing in his one ear, walked by our table many times and didn't bother checking in with us, he also didn't deliver our food at all. He didn't take our plates after we were finished and waiting on desert. The worst part was he lied to us about "your food is just about to come out". It was in fact, warm... Barely. It was clear to anyone who worked in food that it'd been sitting under the heat lamp for awhile, especially since a runner had to bring it to us because our server wouldn't do his job. We didn't even have utensils or ketchup when our food came out, so 2 of my family members had to wait even longer before finally eating.Today was supposed to be a happy day of celebration with my family, and the experience here ruined it completely. Why even go out to eat somewhere nice, when you get McDonald's level service?
The Good: Service was good, food was good and it came out fast. The Bad: The table was sticky, floor was sticky and the menu was dirty. Could be just one or two employees not cleaning well that day so I'll stick with a 4-star, but if the place you're sitting isn't clean, it makes you wonder about the conditions your food was prepared in.
The service was AMAZING. Our server was dope. But the food? Where do I start? ? The fries and the cookies are amazing, but the burger was mid. Do you like eating Menthol Toothpaste? If so, the salsa here would be PERFECT for you! And the poor excuse for a deep dish pizza is an absolute ABOMINATION. I grew up in the suburbs of Chicago, and I'm well aware that I will not find pizza to that scale in Texas, but don't you DARE advertise deep dish pizza because there is yeast in the dough. Not to mention everything is overpriced. $3.35 for a diet Pepsi? That's a whole gallon of gas! If I could give negative stars, I would. And for the record, they do NOT give BJ'S. If they did, they'd be the kind to leave the taste of death in your mouth. The ice cream was good, though.
This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I was a server for five years so I’m always in favor of the waiter but this was ridiculous. Took 10 minutes to be greeted on a dead night. Daughter got incorrect drink. She didn’t get her correct side. My steak was pink on the outside. Before even cutting into it. And it was cold. Took 20 minutes to get a pazookie to go. I’m sure they’re not like this consistently but if I’m spend $100 on two adults and one child, it would be nice not to experience this.
First time coming here for quick lunch. Ended up waiting 90 minutes for a burger, when it came out it was mildly warm like it was sitting under a heat lamp for an hour. The bartender said they lost the ticket. Then took 10 minutes to run my card to pay. Needless to say, we won't be returning. 45$ ticket. Shame.
I came in tonight just for a to-go order and Joseph (working to-gos) was SO sweet & welcoming. I’ve worked in hospitality/food service for several years and it’s so refreshing to meet somebody, however briefly, who really embodies service & kindness. Give that boy a raise! ❤️
This BJs is the best I’ve been to and is really great. I’ll give 5 stars when they get coke products other than that, really great location. Staff is friendly, service is fast, food is excellent.
Good food wait time for drinks was 30ish mins would have drank more but couldn't be asked to wait
Service slow and food was decent. We like to go for $10 Burger Wednesday. Usually good BUT Spent almost an hour waiting on our food. Then the food wasn't hot only lukewarm at best. Sweet waitress looked spread thin.
