Canceled my order 1 hour before closing. Love Arbys but there’s defined staff at this location.
The girl who took my order went absolutely above and beyond to help me figure out I wanted and even offered me alternatives to substitute out things they no longer had on the menu since it had been many years since I had been to arbys. Her customer service was outstanding! She also was cleaning and cleaning the entire time I was waiting on my food,or trying to help the other employees get caught up. I will be coming back just for her amazing customer service!
I got the Brisket, roast beef, bacon & swiss sandwich with the dip & a small crinkle fry. Excellent sandwich! A bit expensive though at $11.00 just for the sandwich.
Service was slow, it's rather expensive for what you see, like 1/3 of my Diablo chicken burger just didn't have chicken. It was just overall poor & I'd just go to a different Arby's.
This Arby's as with most fast food place need better help. The orders are correct 3 out of 5 times. They are not attentive to any special requests but the food you get is good. Hence 3 stars. With transportation being so sketchy lately they are often out of sauces and mozzarella sticks. But the food you get is hot and fresh. They just need to listen better.
Horrible. Worst Arby's hands down. Ordered 2 Diablo meals, sliders, classic roast beef meal. Waited 15 minutes because they had to cook the chicken. Didn't get the shakes, the little pieces of curly fries are burnt, $36 for garbage. The Diablo burgers weren't hot.
Um, I hate to say this but you jist have to go here when the right staff is here. The food is great but you get better customer service depending on who is there and who isn't. I understand that it's fast food, I don't expect to be treated like a VIP or anything, however offer a solution to things instead of just giving up and saying "we don't have that." A simple alternative item on the menu is solution enough.
DON'T COME HERE! Zero stars. Close this place now, please. Dirty. No straws. Weird vibe. They can't deliver a single order in the drive thru. You have to wait for it in the parking lot. There's a bunch of people waiting for orders. Nobody in line at drive thru, but I was asked to wait for my food because it would take time to cook the chicken. I've been waiting 25 minutes and haven't received anything. Worker walks out with food for someone else, hand down his pants. Ok. Another worker pulls up and walks in the restaurant, I'm assuming to start his shift. No shoes on. Ok. Second worker comes back out to take a smoke break 10 minutes after he arrives. Worker finally comes out, has an order that isn't my order. I told him what I ordered, at which time he finally informs me they are out of chicken. So I just ask for a refund. Whatever food eventually comes out that door is not worth the $16 I spent anyway.
Delicious food , only issue for this Arby's location is they need to be more cleaner with sitting area, and not cooking their fries too long .
Floors, walls, seating were dirty and greasy. The employees had no rutteen or procedure too follow. The music was so loud you couldn't have a conversation with a person setting in the same buth with you. Terrible place.
