I love hanging out at the bar at this location. The patrons are fun, down to earth and friendly This is the only place that serves frozen dos-a-ritas. I've many to other states and no one offer it. This location also serves 1 dollar jello shots and can pretty much make any type of drink except anything with Guinness. Once I arrive back home I will definitely come here again.
The food was great..if we could've finished it...a racist customer interrupted my dinner with two of my dear friends..2 of us are white and 1 of us is half black...that customer claimed that blacks were going to be sold into slavery not once but twice he approached our table...we are not women that allow disrespect..we told him to not talk to us that we didn't appreciate his comment and it escalated....it's very unfortunate that the manager didn't have him leave as we were there first and had just got our meal...we were not the problem and it is by the grace of God alone that it didn't become a worse situation. It's very unfortunate that my first Applebys experience I'm left wondering is that location one that condones this behavior...sure my friend got a 50% discount but we wanted our food..we only left swiftly to avoid an altercation...the restaurant seemed to approve of his racist remarks and that's not today's world.
Well my girlfriend and went in to eat and were told it would be 30 minutes we looked around and there were over a dozen empty tables and booths!! I asked why such a long wait well she said because there was a party of 50. She couldn’t explain why that would make a difference and the manager to much of a coward to come out and give me a reason!! That is very poor service and we eat there a lot!! We’ll never eat at that location again!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
When going it's usually nice pleasant and the drinks are good. Well this perticular night the server was good BUT the drinks tasted like juice and the manager was VERY rude. We sent back our drinks and ordered shots and the manager made his way to our table to tell us that we can't keep sending drinks back and(we only sent one back), then proceeds to go talk mess about us to the staff(yeah we heard it). He then yelled at one of his staff in front of everyone about napkins that was on the table. Well, we cashapp out server her tip.
We were visiting Denton and decided to head in to try the Impossible Burger. They ended up being out of the burger which was super annoying and I immediately started to doubt I could eat anything else. Lo and behold Applebee's has finally gotten in the game, and has a vegetarian/vegan menu on their site. The waitress was able to suggest something else for me. I also found on the Applebee's site that I could eat the breadsticks with some mods. Initially I ordered them wrong, so the waitress had to get them remade. Despite all of my vegan shenanigans, she was professional and smart with everything. She made what could have been a bad meal into something completely tolerable and even tasty. I was super pleased with her service and how helpful she was.
Fantastic! Food was good but the service was OUTSTANDING! Our server was Catherine and she was by far the best server I've ever had. Polite, courteous, energetic and most of all her communication skills were on point. There was NO question she was going to take care of us. This was our first time at the Denton Applebee's. We had a party of 10.I will be going back and it is 100% because of Catherine. What a GREAT young lady.
My server Robert G was absolutely amazing. He was so attentive and patient. We had to wait a lil longer than normal but Rob made sure we was comfortable.The food taste was medicore.
Great costumer service. When I picked up my food. Went back to work. I opened it up and there was no dressing on my salad. I ordered the oriental chicken salad. It comes with dressing on the bottom or on the side. It was nowhere to be found.
I had the most amazing experience. The music and drinks are amazing. Stella service. I think they just knew I like to party all the time
