Sunday 4/10/2022 was in the drive through with 7 cars ahead of me. The window was taking 5-7 minutes to process each car. Waiting in line for 37 minutes to get food. I logged a concern on the Whataburger app with corporate but no response. I refuse to wait this long for food and will not return to this location. There is a management problem.
I got no coleslaw or onions on my Southern bacon double burger.If they don't care,I don't care about eating there.I heard them say it's okay because I eat there all of the time.Its not okay.
Food is awesome. I haven't been to Whataburger yet that has bad service or food. Thet are always busy (because the burgers are that good) so expect a line in the drive thru. Oh, and grab some onion rings while your at it. They literally melt in your mouth.
Went today & after sitting And waiting for 45 minutes in the drive thru and calling and speaking with someone who was supposed to be extra help in the kitchen, i still got tomatoes on my burger .. the only reason im complaining is because i am allergic to tomatoes & We said no Tomatoes at least 4 times putting our order in … you’d think extra help someone would have seen the NO TOMATOES but clearly not . Sherman atleast actually cares though!

A very busy local restaurant, drive thru, here in Denison TX A family favorite and go to for your unplanned meals! Typically a wait at most times in the drive thru but not crazy! The food is consistent and the large fries, my fav! Prices are in line with others! Very convenient in the neighborhood. Always a good customer base! Quick to take your order and adapt to the changes while making up your mind. I would suggest that if your a Ketchup fan like I am I would recommend the bold and spicy the regular and the hot version of the catch-up as I don’t think it’s gonna last for a very long time but it’s really good! Overall, a great place to pick up a great meal for just 2 or the entire family.
They are locking up their dinning room again, gotta spend my money elsewhere again for a couple of months....update...1 month later and the doors are still lock for breakfast, seems everyone is going up the street to Jack in the box now.
I love the large menu. Food was hot and delicious. Great place to eat
Didn't complete order as it was ordered. Charged for more drinks than ordered. Asked for refund on drinks hadn't ordered. Manager on duty rolled his eyes, appeared to be acting as if he can't believe i wanted a refund. No apologies offered. When I asked for an apology, all he offered was that they were short staffed. I will try the one in Sherman next time.
