What is happening to customer service and pride? The tiny chicken Chipotle wraps are good when they actually have the Chipotle sauce on them. Normally a dollar now $2 with no sauce? Come on!!!! They can't make a meat burrito anymore either? Taco Bell used to be so good.
This taco bell never gets a drive thru order correct. You'll either be missing things or they just don't care if you asked to omit something like sour cream.
Poor customer service. Didn’t receive what I ordered. Called back and spoke to the person “who made my order” and was spoken to very rudely. Do not go to this Taco Bell. Austin is more customer friendly. They lost this customer at this location.
Refused service to us for being in a semi truck in the freezing cold! The manager wouldn’t give us the store number but we got it anyways and filing a complaint. This is pathetic! I’m the pregnant in the cab also just needing food for the road and she still REFUSED TO SERVE US for being in a semi truck and not in a regular car! Reporting this store and the manager.
Everytime I order something it's wrong, an item is missing, or they put hardly any chicken on a $4 chicken chalupa. I had a friend order once and they even forgot to put meat on the tacos, how? I just ordered food last night, I only ordered 3 items and they forgot to put one of the items in the bag. After I went back they hardly put any chicken on it.
When you order here, you can hardly understand the person taking the order. I thought she had said to me to round off the nearest dollar! I only ordered cheese quesadilla and a medium unsweetened tea. I forgot to get my tea so I ended up paying $8.00 for an order of cheese quesadilla! Not sure if I will ever go back here! Taco Bell is not like it used to be!!
We stopped for a quick dinner and went inside. There were a few cars in the drive through, but we were the only ones inside. While at the counter a girl said there are only three of us working and you will have to wait. So, we waited and waited, and no one would take our order. The girl at the drive through window just stood and looked at us guess she could not take orders. Then the girl repeated herself and said that we are busy?? We ended up leaving, think that is what they wanted. Rude Rude Rude Won't go back. Know it is hard to get good employees but really????
The short and scrawny Hispanic girl with the glasses slung our food around, refused to give us hot sauce and threw our straws at us. It appears she is on drugs. Very hateful, unprofessional and malicious! When asked for a manager she delayed the process by 5 minutes. The overtly large, soft spoken male made me feel extremely uncomfortable by trying to make a pass at me through the drive through, abruptly changed his attitude when I didn’t pick up on his pass at me by being just at disgustingly disrespectful.I have photos of just how terrible the food was prepared. I am disgusted by the presentation and lack of quantity/quality and how busted the taco shell was on my taco. Both of my cheddar chalupas were extremely soggy and dilapidated beyond repair. Most disappointing service by the associates who appeared sloppy, drunk and apathetic to my simple needs and concerns. They refused to fix our order or give us a refund. They refused to give us direction on whom to file a complaint with. We are never returning. Disgusting miserable crew tonight. Can’t believe they are still in business. I feel sorry for whoever owns this establishment. They are pushing long term and loyal customers away with how dirty this establishment is.
Staff is pretty cool, generally, but they may have trouble following instructions. Asked for 2 bean burritos no onion.... both had onion. Wife puked. ThanksEdit: oh, might as well continue to add.... They did not offer any sauce at the screen or window. I had Jack in the Box Taco sauce available, so that's cool. I found it funny that the now hiring sign in front of this taco bell was blank. I doubt they pay a livable wage.
I ordered a combo of 3 Supreme soft tacos. 3 small tacos with very little meat and no sour cream on them.
