Every time we come here the food is messed up employees are really nice as well as mangers but it’s super annoying and a pain to have to drive back up to the restaurant every time definitely won’t be going to this Taco Bell in Denison anymore will go to the other for now on
Good just try to avoid going before 9am.. service needs work in the a.m. after that they do ok.
I've been sick with 101 degree fever all day after eating here yesterday. I haven't eaten anything since and hadn't eaten all day yesterday before. Steak chalupas were cold and didn't really taste like normal. I have never had a problem here before like this. I have like others, almost never gotten what I asked for. Caution to all, the staff at this location is slipping.
Everytime I order something it's wrong, an item is missing, or they put hardly any chicken on a $4 chicken chalupa. I had a friend order once and they even forgot to put meat on the tacos, how? I just ordered food last night, I only ordered 3 items and they forgot to put one of the items in the bag. After I went back they hardly put any chicken on it.
The food came out smashed , whoever works here obviously needs better training I get 10 mins a day to pull off and get something to eat while I’m working outside all day and this was incredibly inconvenient.
Good friendly service. I think we got them convinced this trip to leave all sour cream off of our Mexican food. Do they even have sour cream in Mexico? It's like fish and cheese. Who comes up with this stuff? Good location though, no complaints at all about the staff or store...sour cream????
Pretty sure we're taught in grade school to double check, even triple check our work. So, why even show up to work if you can't perform that task? Do not trust this location to get your order correct in a drive thru or food delivery situation. Today, I got to watch my kid eat, as they forgot my entire order. Thanks, TB. My type 1 diabetes appreciates the fact I bolused my insulin for a meal I didn't receive. Geesh.
The order taker was very polite and had wonderful etiquette where food service is concerned
They got my order COMPLETELY WRONG... went through the Drive Thru tonight & SPECIFICALLY ordered... 1 Taco Party Pack (Soft) but instead got Crunchy, 6 Bean Burritos & 1 Beef Supreme Burrito & I didn't even get my Beef Supreme Burrito. I called them 6 times & they NEVER ANSWERED!!!!!!
Great service here, the manager stays on top of things!! Awesome!!!
